★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca havia recebido um atendimento tão péssimo quanto recebi lá.
O funcionário que me atendeu além de atender mal, foi arrogante e nada prestativo, disse que meu pacote estava no CEE, e diferentemente do péssimo funcionário desta agência o funcionário do CEE foi extremamente educado, prestativo e até pediu meu número pra me manter atualizado quanto a entrega (coisa que nem seria obrigação dele).
Detalhe que fui 2 vezes mal atendido pelo mesmo funcionário em 2 semanas na tentativa (frustrada) de pegar um pacote que definitivamente está lá.
Fui buscar um item que está nesta central de distribuição e simplesmente eles ainda não abriram o container, não me deram previsão de abertura do mesmo e este está tanto tempo nesse centro de distribuição quanto o tempo que demorou da Suécia até esta central.
Chega ser desrespeitoso que meu item demorou 10 dias úteis da Suécia até Corrêas e está a 10 dias úteis PARADO em Corrêas, não é entregue e eles não liberam o item para ser retirado no local e nem não me dão previsão alguma.
Se fosse possível avaliar com zero estrela eu ficaria feliz. Agradeço aos correios pelo ótimo serviço que sempre me prestaram mas detestei o atendimento desse CDD (Centro de distribuição doméstica ou seria centro de distribuição demorada?)
Tenho até medo de "zoarem" ou extraviarem o conteúdo do pacote caso o "carinha" que me atendeu fique sabendo dessa mensagem

I had never received such a terrible service as I did there.
The employee who attended me in addition to poor service, was arrogant and not very helpful, said that my package was at CEE, and unlike the terrible employee of this agency the CEE employee was extremely polite, helpful and even asked for my number to keep me updated as delivery (which would not even be his obligation).
Detail that I was 2 times poorly attended by the same employee in 2 weeks in the (frustrated) attempt to get a package that is definitely there.
I went to get an item that is in this distribution center and they just haven't opened the container yet, they haven't given me an opening forecast and it is as long in that distribution center as the time it took from Sweden to this center.
It is disrespectful that my item took 10 business days from Sweden to Corrêas and is 10 business days STOPPED in Corrêas, it is not delivered and they do not release the item to be picked up on the spot and they do not give me any forecast.
If it were possible to evaluate with zero star I would be happy. I thank the post office for the great service they have always provided me, but I detested the service of this CDD (Center for domestic distribution or would it be a time-consuming distribution center?)
I am even afraid of "making fun" or misplacing the contents of the package if the "little guy" who attended me knows about this message
Exactly dissatisfied!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algumas encomendas não entregam pois dizem que não achou o endereço ( nem vieram na rua ) outras endereço ñ encontrado ( existe sim ) outras não entregam diz no rastreio ??objeto recebido dia 06....depois objeto recebido dia 07....depois objeto recebido dia 08....sendo o mesmo objeto....uma vergonha!!!
Some parcels do not deliver because they say they did not find the address (nor did they come on the street) others ñ found (yes there is) others do not deliver says in the tracking ??object received on 06 .... after object received on 07 .... then object received on the 8th .... being the same object .... a shame !!!

Terrible service, my things have been there since June 9th, today it's July 23rd and they haven't delivered yet, I call every day I just call and no one answers!!
