E hj tá marcado pra dia estou aqui esperando..
Se fosse empresa privada não tratariam com tanto descanso..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enviamos uma encomenda dia 10/05 às 17:06 de São Bernardo do Campo/SP para Petrópolis/RJ com prazo de entrega para a cliente em 6 dias úteis após o envio então até 18/05/2021 o que não ocorreu. Em consulta ao rastreio informa que o mesmo está como "Objeto em trânsito" - CTE Benfica - Rio de Janeiro/RJ para o CEE Petropolis -Petropolis/RJ desde o dia 14/05/2021 às 09:05:22. Tentamos de diversas formas contato com o local para averiguar se ocorreu o extravio/furto e não obtivemos sucesso. Já registramos a reclamação formal no site dos Correios e entendemos quanto ao prazo de 5 dias úteis para a resposta, mas a sinalização de que ocorre algo de errado com esse CDD é visivelmente aberto ao público através dos comentário que aqui se encontra. São diversos comentários quanto as mercadorias que simplesmente desapareceram, não foram entregues, estão atrasadas. Nesse caso não seria algo a ser averiguado, ser aberto uma sindicância? Enviamos nossos produtos para todo o Brasil e realmente essa região tem sido um caso isolado em relação ao serviço que temos dos Correios. Nos demais mesmo diante da pandemia, as encomendas estão sendo entregues nos prazos estabelecidos. Fico no aguardo de um posicionamento da empresa.
We sent an order on 10/05 at 17:06 from São Bernardo do Campo/SP to Petrópolis/RJ with delivery time for the customer in 6 working days after shipping, then until 18/05/2021 which did not occur. In consultation with the screening, he informs that it is as "Object in transit" - CTE Benfica - Rio de Janeiro/RJ for the CEE Petropolis -Petropolis/RJ since 05/14/2021 at 09:05:22. We tried in several ways to contact the place to find out if the loss/theft occurred, and we were not successful. We have already registered the formal complaint on the Correios website and we understand the deadline of 5 working days for the response, but the indication that something is wrong with this CDD is visibly open to the public through the comments found here. There are several comments about the goods that simply disappeared, were not delivered, are late. In that case, wouldn't it be something to be investigated, to open an investigation? We ship our products all over Brazil and this region has really been an isolated case in relation to the service we have from Correios. In the others, even in the face of the pandemic, orders are being delivered within the established deadlines. I am waiting for a positioning of the company.

Na minha casa, funciona simplesmente um estabelecimento comercial na frente, pessoas SEMPRE disponíveis. Mas por ter uma subida, simplesmente não entregam mais nada aqui, nem Sedex. Uma falta de respeito sem tamanho! Agora estou correndo contra o tempo para comprar um produto no comercio local, pagar por algo que eu já comprei, mas o correio da cidade, não me entrega! É algo para O MEU TRABALHO! Estão me prejudicando demais, literalmente! Falta de respeito sem tamanho

In my house, there is simply a commercial establishment in front, people are ALWAYS available. But because it has a climb, they simply don't deliver anything else here, not even Sedex. An immeasurable lack of respect! Now I'm running out of time to buy a product at the local store, pay for something I've already bought, but the city's post office won't deliver it to me!
