Para compensar, o atendimento e serviço dos carteiros é sempre ótimo. Por isso ganham ⛤⛤⛤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fui tão mal atendida nas agência dos Correios em nenhum outro lugar como na Agência de Areia Branca - RN e pasmem pelo Gerente Sr.Hugo.
Fato: Fui receber um objeto que estava para entrega no dia 12.06.17 e como estava acompanhando pelo site, observei no dia seguinte que o objeto estava sendo devolvido para agencia de Natal - RN, então me dirigir a agência dos Correios em Areia Branca - RN e perguntei ao gerente o Sr. Hugo, por qual motivo a encomenda não foi entregue e o mesmo relatou que estava sem endereço. Apos a resposta do mesmo, o questionei então, porque que eles haviam colocado no site que a mercadoria havia saído para entrega, uma vez que não possuía endereço? O Sr.Hugo muito ríspido me disse: - Ali tem um 0800 é só fazer a reclamação. Me sentir constrangida pela forma como este Sr. me atendeu , pois somente esperava educação da parte dele e ajuda para resolver a situação ou que me orienta-se e não mandando eu fazer reclamação contra os Correios . Estou decepcionada com a empresa dos Correios em colocarem uma pessoa tão anti-profissional para atender aos seus clientes. Sou gerente de atendimento ao cliente e o que tenho de mais valioso na minha empresa são meus clientes. Vergonhoso o profissionalismos deste senhor.
Ainda estou no aguardo que o Correio resolva a situação e me entregue a encomenda pois paguei pelo serviço dos correios e pelo objeto.

Mr. Hugo said very hard: "There's a 0800, just make a complaint. I felt embarrassed at the way this gentleman answered me, because I only expected education from him and helped to solve the situation or that he guided me and not having me complain to the Post Office. I am disappointed with the post office in putting such an unprofessional person to serve their customers. I am a customer service manager and what I have most valuable in my company are my clients. Shameful the professionalism of this gentleman.
I am still waiting for the Courier to resolve the situation and deliver the parcel to me because I paid for the postal service and the object.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os Correios de Areia Branca tem uma estrutura física muito boa. É uma das estruturas que mais nos chamam a atenção na cidade por passar por uma modernização. No entanto, o atendimento deixa a desejar em alguns momentos e em algumas coisas como no trato com as pessoas. Mesmo que os Correios funcione bem em Areia Branca, em sua grande maioria não funciona bem e, portanto, o melhor seria a privatização assim como foi com a Telern e a Cosern.
The Correia de Areia Branca has a very good physical structure. It is one of the structures that most call our attention in the city to undergo a modernization. However, the service leaves something to be desired at times and in some things like dealing with people. Even if the Post Office works well in Areia Branca, the vast majority do not work well and therefore the best would be privatization just as it was with Telern and Cosern.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não realiza todos os serviços aos quais se destina. Além disso, recebí uma encomenda pelo sedex com atraso. Apesar da encomenda já ter chegado na agência, o gerente, a princípio disso q não estava lá. Depois de muito insistência minha, ele voltou ao depósito e "encontrou" o pacote. Apesar de ter pago mais de R$ 100,00 a mais pelo frete para que ele chegasse o mais rápido possível...eles parecem que não estão preocupados com isso. E falam que é falta de funcionário, mas não é! É falta de vontade mesmo, porque a mesma encomenda levou um dia pra sair de Rio Negro no Paraná ir para Curitiba e Chegar em Recife...1 dia. De Recife Pra Mossoró foram 5 dias...e de Mossoró Para Areia Branca (50 km de distância) foram 2 (dois) dias....um sedex! É brincadeira. Fosse uma empresa privada, duvido tanta demora.
Além disso, caso alguém queira utilizar os serviços de depósito bancário, tem que ter paciência e sorte, porque nem sempre o "sistema de comunicação está no ar" ou simplesmente o funcionário te fala que "hoje não estamos fazendo depósito"... Brazil zil zil zil
