★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui muito bem atendido nas agências de São Brás (agora fechada) e da Presidente Vargas. Hoje mesmo, graças ao prestativo atendente, consegui localizar uma encomenda que já havia dado como perdida. O meu respeito e reconhecimento aos servidores dessa empresa fundamental ao país, mas abandona pelos governantes.
 I have always been well served at the São Brás (now closed) and Presidente Vargas branches. Today, thanks to the helpful attendant, I was able to locate an order that I had already lost. My respect and recognition for the employees of this company, fundamental to the country, but abandoned by the government.

Enviara-me um encomenda com o endereço correto, e como não queriam fazer a entrega no sábado disseram que o endereço estava errado, mesmo estando correto. Fomos ao CDD SOUZA, e disseram que somente atender de 9 as 11h. Vê se pode isso? 2 horas de atendimento!!! Privatiza correios já"!!!!
Worst federal government company that exists. It only serves as a job hanger. He had sent me a package with the correct address, and since they did not want to deliver on Saturday, they said the address was wrong, even though it was correct. We went to CDD SOUZA, and said they only answer from 9 to 11 am. See if you can do that? 2 hours of service !!! Privatize couriers already "!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two weeks ago Correios delivered a letter to my physical address requesting that I pay taxed on the package that I'm waiting for. I paid these taxes and the package was released. Now Correios has sent me another message saying that my address is incorrect. Why was the address correct for the letter they sent requesting payment but now when they must actually deliver the package to the SAME address it's incorrect????? I've tried to phone many times but there is no answer and the virutal assistant cannot trace my package. Overall your service is absolutely ridicoulous!!!!
