★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço ridículo, preguiçoso e às vezes até desonesto. Não atendem telefone, atendimento é péssimo, e quando você consegue por um milagre falar com alguém lá e solicita alguma informação, eles informam que tal situação é em outra agência e te dão um número que também quase nunca atendem. Como se isso não fosse o bastante, é comum o extravio de mercadorias e abertura de encomendas sem o devido registro do ocorrido, portanto se for ir buscar alguma correspondência, avalie muito bem o pacote, pois eles agem de má fé e não vão te avisar de nada.
 Ridiculous, lazy and sometimes even dishonest service. They don't answer the phone, the service is terrible, and when you miraculously manage to talk to someone there and ask for some information, they inform you that this situation is in another agency and give you a number that they almost never answer. As if that were not enough, it is common to lose goods and open orders without the proper record of what happened, so if you go to get some correspondence, evaluate the package very well, as they act in bad faith and will not warn you you are welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O exemplo a não ser seguido. Qualquer empresa privada que tivesse a ineficiência dos correios já teria falido. Atendimento ruim, caixas com equipamentos arcaicos, rede que constantemente da problema , mercadorias extraviada, etc. Essa é a definição de uma empresa que possui o monopólio do serviço postal e ainda assim dá prejuízo... Vergonha, essa é a palavra que descreve tudo isso

Bad service, boxes with archaic equipment, network that constantly causes problems, lost goods, etc. That is the definition of a company that has a monopoly on the postal service and still causes losses ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francamente, se fosse uma empresa privada já estaria falida há muito tempo, serviço de péssima qualidade, encomendas atrasadas, desaparecidas e danificadas... A maior piada de todas diz respeito aos prazos de entrega, parece que quanto mais pressa tem o cliente, maior questão de fazer a entrega atrasado!!! Chega a ser ridículo, e trágico!
Frankly, if it were a private company it would have been bankrupt for a long time, poor quality service, late, missing and damaged orders ... The biggest joke of all concerns delivery times, it seems that the more hurry the customer is, the greater matter of making late delivery !!! It is ridiculous, and tragic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vejo outra maneira de dinamizar a prestação de serviços dos Correios em Belém, senão pela privatização, pois, é lamentável depender do serviço atual: moroso, caro, deficiente e precário!!! Muito insatisfeito!!!! Pior, não tem a quem recorrer! Uma lástima....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oi meu nome é maria fernanda e tenho 15 anos,em fevereiro um amigo meu quiz me presentia no dia do meu aniversário me dando um presente da lojinha dele e me mando pelo correio,como moro em belém e ele de florianópolis me mando mesmo assim, mandei meu endereço e tudo mais que possa ser entregue na minha casa, só que no dia que a caixa chego no pais os entregadores no carro em maio passo mais de 4 vezes na minha casa e foi de alta velocidade sem pergunta aonde mora tal fulano,e quando foi hoje dia 16 de junho meu amigo me ligo falando que eu deveria ir a um lugar que eu possa pega pessualmente pq assim nunca vai funcionar, ou é eu que mandei o endereço na minha casa errado ou o entregador, então amanha irei pega pessoalmente nesse lugar eu e meu pai pra poder pega a minha caixa sem inrolação pelo carro ?
