O publico se acostumou a levar pacotes e caixas abertas e os atendentes tem que ficar lacrando as embalagens, perdem muito tempo no atendimentos. FILAS TODOS OS DIAS, ainda mais c o horario de atendimento reduzido (ateh15h).
Always FULL. Always ONLY two attendants. The password panel has been crippled for months. The public got used to taking packages and open boxes and the attendants have to keep sealing the packages, they waste a lot of time in the attendance. ROWS EVERY DAY, even more with reduced service hours (until 15h).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida. Às vezes demora, mas devido à demanda (ainda mais em começo de pandemia) e o sucateamento proposital que fazem para justificar privatizações. Com poucos funcionários fazem mágica, pois eles são super àgeis.
I was always well taken care of. Sometimes it takes time, but due to demand (even more so at the beginning of a pandemic) and the purposeful scrapping they do to justify privatizations. With few employees they do magic, because they are super agile.
