★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência bem próxima ao centro de Bonsucesso, com quase todos os serviços ofertados pelos Correios e com atendimento acima da média em relação a outras agências em alguns momentos. Entretanto, o espaço precisa ser ampliado ou a agência deslocada para outro endereço com mais capacidade de receber clientes. Apesar do bom atendimento, não é um ato constante, seria bom se fosse padronizado em todos os funcionários.
Branch very close to the center of Bonsucesso, with almost all the services offered by Correios and with service above average in relation to other branches at times. However, the space needs to be expanded or the branch moved to another address with more capacity to receive clients. Despite the good service, it is not a constant act, it would be good if it were standardized in all employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo pra retirada de produtos. Uma demora de aproximadamente 40 minutos na fila em pé e no sol, pra retirar um produto que paguei pra receber em casa. Gastei mais prá me deslocar até a agência do que pelo frete.
Bad for picking up products. It takes approximately 40 minutes in line standing in the sun, to pick up a product that I paid to receive at home. I spent more to travel to the agency than for shipping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continua péssimo...mesmo depois de colocar e ter mais funcionários parece que piorou....a fila antes era enorme só lado de fora... agora e enorme dentro e por fora...?as informações e gestão de atendimento e horrível e sem sentido nenhum... Em fim muito mau administrado.
It's still terrible... even after adding and having more employees, it seems that it got worse.... the queue before was huge only on the outside... now it's huge inside and out...? the information and service management and horrible and meaningless... In the end, very badly managed.
