Quando cheguei havia umas 11 pessoas a na minha frente e fui atendida num intervalo de 5 minutos algo assim, fiquei mt surpresa.

Horrible. I arrived at 9:30 and had to wait in a long line because it only opened at 10: I thought it was too late. It could have opened earlier.. but the service was quiet.. a suggestion. Could open at 9:00 or 8:30 in the morning. Good Morning
