Chega a ser engraçado o péssimo atendimento que este CDD de Plataforma presta para os clientes, tenho uma remessa que eles sempre envia para o remetente novamente informando que não existe o endereço, já é a terceira vez que e devolvido, e pela terceira vez tenho prejuízo pois arquei com o frete do mesmo, não dá o mínimo esforço de fazer uma ligação, muito menos ir entregar o produto, diferente das transportadoras privatizadas. A forma que vocês atende ao público dar a entender que estamos PEDINDO pra vocês fazerem o serviço que e de OBRIGAÇÃO e são pagos pra fazer.
Lamentável, horrível Paripe e região sofrem.

The poor service that this Platform CDD provides to customers is funny, I have a shipment that they always send to the sender again stating that the address does not exist, this is the third time it has been returned, and for the third time I have a loss as I paid for the freight, it doesn't take the slightest effort to make a connection, much less deliver the product, unlike privatized carriers. The way in which you serve the public makes you understand that we are ASKING you to do the service that you MUST do and you are paid to do.
Regrettable, horrible Paripe and region suffer.

Informam no site que abrem às 06h, mais abrem às 07:30h.
Horrible, several times he makes my orders come back, without even a single contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se eu podesse não dava nem um pq como é que pode rapaz fiquei aque o dia todo esperando minha encomenda aí aí passou o Sedex e não deu nem tempo de gritar pq passou rápido e depois emediato fui abre o rastreamento e já vi lá dizendo que não antedido e nem encontrado como é que encontra se nem preocura o local der de sexta que fica assim no rastreamento
If I could, I wouldn't even give a because how can boy I stayed there all day waiting for my order then Sedex passed and I didn't even have time to scream because it went fast and then immediately I opened the tracking and I saw it there saying no anticipated and not found how do you find it if you don't even care about the place on Friday that looks like this in the tracking

If I could I would give zero stars!! they put my order as delivered and they didn't even deliver it to me there the other day it went out to deliver it again and they didn't deliver it to me damn hard I lost several sales these two days because of these annoying clowns, an embarrassing situation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal atendimento, minha encomenda era pra ser entregue ontem, não entregaram pq falaram que o endereço estava errado, o endereço está certo recebo todas as minhas encomendas nesse endereço, chega dia de sexta eles fazem sempre isso, não quer trabalhar poblema! Agora tem que entregar as coisas da pessoa certo
