Disappointing service, like any service delivered by post. Then they go on strike against privatization, look at MercadoLibre's delivery service, you should feel ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço de péssima qualidade, devolvem encomenda internacional, com apenas uma tentativa, não entram nem em contato por telefone para saber solucionar o problema, então porque é que colocamos o telefone, deve servir de enfeito na etiqueta.
Poor quality service, they return international orders, with just one attempt, they don't even contact you by phone to know how to solve the problem, so why do we put the phone, it should serve as an ornament on the label.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é o terceiro dia seguido que minhas encomendas aparecem como “saiu pra entrega” aí chega no fim do dia aparece que não foi possível realizar a entrega e que vai acontecer no próximo dia útil. Com isso eu fico aqui igual trouxa presa sem poder fazer absolutamente nada todo dia esperando essas entregas que nunca vem. Descaso total.
It's already the third day in a row that my orders appear as "out for delivery" and at the end of the day it appears that delivery could not be made and that it will happen on the next business day. With that, I stay here like a trapped bundle without being able to do absolutely anything every day waiting for those deliveries that never come. Total neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha. Antigamente pelo menos dava pra retirar lá pessoalmente. Hoje nem isso pode mais, povo quer muita mamata. Correios está longe anos luz da logística do Mercado Livre. Deveriam aprender com eles. Lamentável quando o pacote vem pelos Correios. Entrega lenta, demorada, isso quando o pacote não fica lá dias, semanas parado.
A shame. In the past, you could at least take it out in person. Today, you can't even do that anymore, people want a lot of mamata. Correios is light years away from the logistics of Mercado Livre. They should learn from them. Unfortunate when the package comes by the Post Office. Slow, long delivery, that's when the package doesn't stay there for days, weeks stopped.
