A quem vai pedir pelos correios, saiba que você não receberá em casa e sempre será direcionado para essa agência seu pedido, dinheiro perdido da entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava postar um livro e pedi para enviar no REGISTRO MÓDICO, especial para livros, revistas, CDs etc. e com preço mais acessível e o atendente prontamente me respondeu: "aqui não faz registro módico". Eu perguntei o porquê e ele diz simplesmente que faz tempo que não faz e só. Pesou a encomenda e viu que era menor que 500 g e disse que enviaria em outra modalidade, se não me engano era CARTA REGISTRADA, dizendo que "era a mesma coisa". Questionei novamente sobre o registro módico e ele me respondeu: "você não entendeu, vou te mostrar no sistema". Acabou que a encomenda sairia por R$ 20,00 e alguns centavos na modalidade. No registro módico, por experiência, sairia menos de R$ 10,00. Acabei recusando e não despachei, sendo orientado pelo atendente a procurar outra agência que tinha a modalidade que queria. Esta agência atende a região central do Paço do Lumiar, funciona das 8h às 12h e das 14h às 17h, mas não confiaria 100% nela pra envio ou pra recebimento.
I needed to post a book and asked to send it in the MODICAL REGISTRATION, special for books, magazines, CDs etc. and with a more affordable price and the attendant promptly replied: "Here there is no modicum registration". I ended up refusing and did not dispatch, being guided by the attendant to look for another agency that had the modality I wanted. This branch serves the central region of Paço do Lumiar, it operates from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, but I would not trust it 100% for sending or receiving.
