★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, quando não querem entrega dizem que não acharam o endereço, nenhum telefone funciona, algumas pessoas que atendem em outra agência não sabem dar informação nenhuma... antes eu até diria melhor privatizar mais hoje já digo que é melhor e fechar logo... horrível
 Bad experience, when they don't want delivery they say they couldn't find the address, no phone works, some people who work at another branch don't know how to give any information... before I would even say it's better to privatize more, now I say it's better and close soon. .. horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo trabalho de entrega. Sempre tenho que ir buscar minhas encomendas no Correios porque segundo a empresa meu endereço está errado. O detalhe é que eu moro bem próximo do Correios do Dal Plaza, na Cohab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei três estrelas porque fui bem atendido por uma senhora nessa agência, mas o serviço do correio tá péssimo, minhas encomendas nunca são entregues, sempre dizem que não acham o endereço, e dessa última vez disseram que o endereço é insuficiente. Mas o endereço estava completo, não tinha como errar.
I gave three stars because I was well attended by a lady at that agency, but the courier service is terrible, my orders are never delivered, they always say they can't find the address, and this last time they said the address is insufficient. But the address was complete, there was no mistaking it.

Terrible service and very disorganized! when it is close to closing the office, they decide to ask who will receive orders. They don't even deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive que editar minha avaliação pq por incrível que pareça, ficou pior ainda. Não recomendo pra ngm essa agência, que lixo. Antigamente eu até defendia os correios, mas essa agência me fez mudar de ideia.
I had to edit my review because oddly enough, it got even worse. I don't recommend this agency to anyone, what a waste. I used to defend the post office, but this agency made me change my mind.
