★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo vazia, as atendentes demoram para atender... Fazem serviços internos e deixam os clientes na espera, poderiam aproveitar os momentos ociosos e não qdo tem clientes aguardando.
 Even empty, the attendants take time to answer ... They do internal services and leave customers waiting, could enjoy the idle moments and not when there are customers waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Correio limpo, com ar condicionado, atendimento ótimo com pessoas super atenciosas. Unico ponto negativo são os poucos locais para sentar por ser um pouco apertado. Mas fui na hora do almoço e estava bem vazio (apenas 2 pessoas a minha frente)
Clean courier, with air conditioning, great service with super attentive people. Only negative point are the few places to sit because it is a little tight. But I went at lunchtime and it was pretty empty (only 2 people in front of me)

I am from another region but I chose this agency for the quality and agility of the service. Even with a queue here, you won't lose 10 minutes. A special compliment to Valéria and her colleague who make this agency the most agile and friendly I've ever met in SP.

Grumpy and rude attendant, they lost my order and it ended up there, it seemed like I was the wrong one in the story, not them ...
