★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes (caixa 3 e 4) precisam de um novo treinamento de como atender bem o publico, pois não dizem nem bom dia, boa tarde e obrigada, nada de gentileza! uma cara de infeliz, insatisfação.... e precisam aprender de como agilizar quando a agência estiver cheia, por que demoram uma eternidade com um cliente só, sempre tem filas enormes.
The attendants (box 3 and 4) need a new training on how to serve the public well, because they do not say good morning, good afternoon and thank you, nothing kind! a face of unhappy, dissatisfaction .... and need to learn how to speed up when the agency is full, because it take forever with a single customer, always has huge queues.

Impossible to contact any employee by calling the agency. Several times they put me on hold on the phone and then disconnected the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma atendente sem noção ficou incomodada pois a etiqueta fornecida pelo próprio Mercado Livre estava um pouco maior (eles usam o QR code, assim não influencia em nada o tamanho do mesmo). Bizarro.
A clueless attendant was annoyed because the label provided by Mercado Livre itself was a little bigger (they use the QR code, so it doesn't influence the size of it at all). Bizarre.
