★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou a 3 dias aguardando chegar minha encomenda. No rastreio consta que o carteiro tentou e não tinha ninguém em casa. O que é mentira estive o tempo todo esperando em casa, nos três dias. E não é a primeira vez que acontece. Decepção.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, faz mas de semanas que estou esperando duas entregas de cartões de crédito e dizem no rastreamento que o endereço está incorreto sendo que nem vieram em casa, liga pra lá dizem q o cartão voltou pra Brasília pq não estávamos em casa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não aguento mais,toda vez que compro uma mercadoria e a mesma coisa...dizem que esteve no local e chamaram e não saiu ninguém,sendo que moro em um local e eles chamam bem longe dali,e depois me falam que o local onde moro e de dificil acesso,acho que eles tinham que chamar na porta da minha casa, e não a mais de 200 metros dali,ai trabalho e estudo o dia inteiro e e não posso pegar a mercadoria,e quando mando alguém no meu lugar com o numero de rastreio ,cpf,rg eles dissem que não pode e que EU TENHO QUE ESCREVER UMA CARTA!!! dizendo que poder ser entregue a mercadoria a pessoa...ou seja a carta que qualquer pessoa pode escrever e assinar vale mais que meus documentos e o numero de rastreio...em breve estarei recolhendo assinaturas e indo de porta em porta dos cidadãos de aparecida.E pode ter certeza que vou levar isso adiante. ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é até bom (de alguns caixas), entretanto o tempo de espera PODE SUPERAR 30 MINUTOS !! Descumprindo a própria lei DELES, que dizem ser de 20 minutos no máximo! Vamos ver se agora, com a suspensão dos serviços bancários do Banco do Brasil, o serviço melhora. Já que muita gente, com preguiça de ir no seu banco ou nas lotéricas (que tem muito mais caixas!), vão pagar um monte de contas... Aí não saem mais de lá... Para piorar, o sistema do próprio correio, vive com problemas!! Ora está fora do ar, ora está lento!! VÁ COM MUITA DISPOSIÇÃO E SEM PRESSA!! Caso contrário, provavelmente passará raiva!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível!!!! DESSERVIÇO com o consumidor... Pagamos as entregas e não RECEBE. Quando é prédio que não tem interfone eles nem entregam... Sempre dão desculpa de que não podem fazer nada... O bolso deles vai tá cheio de dinheiro enquanto os nossos se esvaziam PORQUE PAGAMOS PELA ENTREGA MAIS NÃO RECEBEMOS....
Horrible!!!! DISSERVICE with the consumer... We pay for deliveries and do not RECEIVE. When it's a building that doesn't have an intercom, they don't even deliver... They always make excuses that they can't do anything... Their pockets are full of money while ours are empty BECAUSE WE PAY FOR THE DELIVERY BUT WE DON'T RECEIVE...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior que esse correio impossível, deviam mandar todos funcionários embora pois são todos preguiçosos. Fazem tudo com mau vontade e querem tudo do jeito deles sendo que agente compra e produto vem de um jeito ai agente vai devolver do mesmo jeito que veio eles não aceitam.
Worse than this impossible mail, they should send all employees away because they are all lazy. They do everything grudgingly and want everything their way, being that the agent buys and the product comes in a way, then the agent will return it the same way it came, they don't accept it.
