★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencialmente é ótimo nunca tive nenhum problema , agora em questão de ligação por telefone deixa a desejar , ninguém atende , sendo assim ter que se deslocar até à agência para tirar uma simples dúvida !
The attendance in person is great I never had any problems, now when it comes to calling by phone it leaves something to be desired, no one answers, so having to go to the agency to get a simple question!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem como falar com ninguém, sem falar que coloquei o endereço certo e sempre diz nós rastreamento que o endereço está incorreto e não entregam o pacote, aí volta.
There's no way to talk to anyone, not to mention that I put the right address and always tell us tracking that the address is incorrect and they don't deliver the package, then it comes back.

Uma entrega o carteiro não foi entregar e colocou como não recebido, sendo impossível porque o endereço de entrega é em um quartel aberto 24h (7 dias na semana)... coincidência que a entrega seria numa sexta feira a tarde antes do caranaval... sem falar que não fazem entrega no Residencial Jardim América, segundo o chefe do setor, e devolveram com a desculpa de que foram feitas 3 tentativas... tem de privatizar, é uma baderna essa empresa.
Terrible.... A delivery was not delivered by the postman and classified it as not received, which is impossible because the delivery address is in a barracks open 24 hours (7 days a week)... coincidence that the delivery would be on a Friday afternoon before the carnival... not to mention that they don't deliver to Residencial Jardim América, according to the head of the sector, and they returned it with the excuse that 3 attempts were made... it has to be privatized, this company is a mess.
