★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é precário, antes minhas encomendas iam para o colubande "mais perto de casa" agora estão vindo pra cá não sei porque. É muito contramão!!! Mais de 5km de distância. Sem contar que eles não fazem nem a busca por nome, para saber se há encomendas no local. Preparo zero para recebimento de mercadoria...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre o atendimento não tenho o que reclamar, nunca tive problemas e sempre fui bem atendido. O problema é esse horário de atendimento ridículo, no período que a maioria das pessoas estão trabalhando e como já voltamos a rotina pré pandemia, não tem pq não funcioarem integralmente e um lugar coberto para a espera também seria bem vindo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira vez que os pacotes foram enviado para Tribobó eu fiquei bem assustada com os comentários e por não saber a localização exata eu perdi várias encomendas.
Então eu tentei a sorte e fui tentar achar esse correio que se encontra atualmente ao lado do novo mercado do Assaí.
Quando fui atendida pela primeira vez ele foi muito grosso comigo. E eu já vi mais duas pessoas serem tratadas com ignorância por ele.
Isso acontece quando a gente não entende como funciona os horários ou quando o pacote não está mais no local. Ele sempre responde de uma forma bem ríspida.
Acho que discutir não é o certo.
Enfim, não acreditem em tudo que vocês lêem aqui.
Lá o atendimento é rápido e vai de 8 as 12.
Vc precisa está na fila nesse momento para pegar uma senha.
As pessoas que chegarem após 12 não serão atendidas.
Mesmo que essas cheguem 12:03.
Não interessa.
Lá tem água filtrada, ventilação e suporte com álcool em gel.
O certo é chegar às 8:00am
Pessoas que não puderem ir até o local precisam pedir para alguém responsável que vá até lá, pegue uma ficha.
Ela precisa ser assinada por você com a data e sua assinatura.
Você precisa entregar esse papel junto com a sua identidade.
A pessoa que vc escolheu para pegar as encomendas precisa ser maior de 18 e possuir identidade e está com o seu documento e esse papel.
Agora com o mercado ao lado as pessoas que precisarem ir sozinhas não precisarão temer.
Enfim, lembre-se.
Número da encomenda vc pode encontrar no app ebanx ou correios.
Se o seu app está mostrando que o seu pacote está em Tribobó mas exibe a msg: "prazo diferenciado ou restrição de domicílio" espere o site liberar a atualização do seu pacote. Ele vai atualizar e liberar. Não adianta ir lá perguntar. Eles não vão te dar o pacote mesmo que ele esteja constando que está nesse endereço.

É a tradicional agência em CCD Tribobó, em Santa Paula, sub-bairro de Tribobó, ali perto do agora Assai. Sim, aquela miseravelmente escondida, como se para encobrir algum crime.
Quem é “cliente” daquela desgraça sabe da lentidão absurda e sabe que os horários de atendimento, além de serem apenas em meio expediente (!!!), já mudaram muitas vezes de “turno”: Ficam seis meses, um ano atendendo na parte da manhã, depois - sem motivo ou explicação - mudam para a tarde, e assim sucessivamente. Não é que hoje, dia chuvoso, me surpreendi após longa caminhada ao chegar lá e saber que NOVAMENTE os miseráveis mudaram o atendimento para a parte da MANHÃ?
Independente de a pessoa ser de esquerda ou direita, judeu ou grego, é preciso convir que a hora da privatização já passou.
Outro dia fui surpreendido por um entregador da Loggi chamando em meu portão no domingo. DOMINGO!, meu Deus, DOMINGO!, quando os Correios nem lembram mais de meu endereço, seja que dia for.
Mesmo que encareça a entrega (o que é difícil, dada a concorrência e o aporte de grandes players como a Amazon), a mercadoria será entregue. O argumento do encarecimento, além de furado, pode ser melhor refutado assim: O governo vende remédios. Ele possui o monopólio de venda e fabricação, e tais remédios FUNCIONAM VEZ SIM, VEZ NÃO. Ou seja, você toma e vê se será curado ou morrerá, pois o governo não se responsabiliza. Já imaginou o cenário? Então um novo laboratório chegou e vende mais caro que o governo. Ohhh! Com uma sinistra diferença: Os remédios FUNCIONAM SEMPRE, pois a fórmula é padrão, não é panacéia, mandinga ou magia. O resultado é PREVISÍVEL, ESPERADO E CONFIRMÁVEL: Não varia ao sabor das marés, da lua, do tráfico de drogas ou dos desmandos dos governos.
