★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocaram que o endereço estava errado sendo que os mesmo já fizeram diversas entregas com o mesmo cadastro de endereço. Teve uma entrega 5 dias antes com o mesmo cadastro do Mercado Livre. E o pior de tudo é que foi postado no mesmo dia que iria ser devolvido ao remetente. Lamentável demais essa atitude da empresa ...
They put that the address was wrong and they have already made several deliveries with the same address register. Had a delivery 5 days before with the same registration as Mercado Livre. Worst of all, it was posted the same day as it would be returned to the sender. Too pitiful this attitude of the company ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início das minhas compras no mercado livre, os correios conseguiam achar meu endereço. Porém minhas duas últimas compras não conseguiram encontrar meu endereço. Eu estou muito aborrecida com isso! O problema só pode estar no motorista que fica com preguiça de entregar em lugares distantes do centro por que eu acho que outros motoristas vieram fazer o seu trabalho, já outros estão com uma preguiça de merda!
At the beginning of my free market purchases, the post office could find my address. But my last two purchases could not find my address. I'm very upset about this! The problem can only be the driver who is too lazy to deliver in places far from downtown because I think other drivers came to do their work, others are too lazy shit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Além da demora pra entrega, já é a segunda vez que eu vou a agência para pegar o meu pedido e a agência fechada no horário que deveria estar aberta. Quem se prejudica somos nós que necessitamos desse serviço.

I have never seen so many incompetents in one place as the Correios do Brasil. They never do their duties correctly and still complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima gestão da unidade e regional. Qualquer rua acima de 1km de distância da unidade possui restrição de entrega. Sempre entregaram na minha residência e desde novembro/2021 alegam que possui restrição. E pra piorar ainda mais, só atendem das 13hs às 15hs.
Poor management of the unit and regional. Any street over 1km away from the unit has delivery restrictions. They always delivered it to my residence and since November/2021 they claim that it has a restriction. And to make matters even worse, they only attend from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior, demoram a entregar as minhas encomendas, tenho uma do dia 25/11 até hoje lá, e se eu for lá vou ser mal atendida como das outras vezes e vão me mandar embora e quando eu ligo sou mal atendida do mesmo jeito, nunca vi um povo pra atender tão mal as pessoas quanto esse do correio. Só dar dor de cabeça, que ódio!!!
The worst thing is, they take a long time to deliver my orders, I have one from 11/25 until today, and if I go there, I'll be underserved like other times and they'll send me away and when I call, I'll be underserved in the same way, I have never seen a people to serve people as badly as this one from the post office. Just give you a headache, what a hate!!!
