Agora com a máquina que imprime a senha de acordo com o que você foi fazer tornou o atendimento um pouco mais rápido e organizado. Gostei bastante. O vigilante também é bastante legal, atencioso e prestativo ajudando aos distraídos e inciantes quando vão a agência resolver alguma coisa.
The attendants are very calm and helpful people, they serve very well. Now with the machine that prints the password according to what you have been doing has made the service a little faster and organized. I really liked it. The vigilante is also quite nice, attentive and helpful helping the beginners and distracted when the agency will solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom menos um sr que tem lá que é um pouco chatinho mais o resto dos atendentes são muito prestativos. Acho que poderia abrir aos sábados até 12hrs.
Very good service minus a mr who is there who is a bit annoying but the rest of the attendants are very helpful. I think it could open on Saturdays until 12hrs.

Terrible! I tried to get in touch several times to find out why my order had gone out for delivery and hadn't arrived at my house, but no one at the agency answered the phone. And I called during opening hours!
