★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era para ter recebido um produto ontem, acompanhando o rastreamento, o produto saiu para entrega as 10:59hs, as 16:19hs estava como cliente desconhecido no local, sendo que minha estava em casa à tarde toda, e não passou ninguém dos correios na rua e além do que os vizinhos me conhecem. Daí se deduz má vontade do entregador, e o produto está sendo devolvido ao remetente... Agora tenho que esperar mais uma semana para me enviarem novamente o produto.
 It was supposed to have received a product yesterday, following the tracking, the product left for delivery at 10: 59hs, 16: 19hs was as an unknown customer at the place, and mine was at home all afternoon, and no one passed by the post office at street and beyond what the neighbors know me. Hence, the deliveryman's ill will is deduced, and the product is being returned to the sender ... Now I have to wait another week to send the product back to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Podiam atender o telefone pelo menos pra dar informação, é só um respeito com quem está esperando uma encomenda, no meu caso eram produtos pra uma recepção e vou ter que descartar porque tinha data gravada. Um pouco mais de consideração por quem paga o serviço seria legal. Eu poderia retirar se atendesse o telefone para informar se o objeto estava aí.
They could answer the phone at least to give information, it is just a respect with those who are waiting for an order, in my case they were products for a reception and I will have to discard it because it had a recorded date. A little more consideration for who pays for the service would be nice. I could take it out if I answered the phone to tell if the object was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO. Estou há 3 dias esperando minha encomenda SEM SAIR DE CASA e eles ainda atualizam como se o carteiro não tivesse sido atendido. NÃO ATENDEM AO TELEFONE e o horário de funcionamento é só para quem não trabalha!!!! Tá fácil trabalhar nos correios né? Não trabalha!
POOR SERVICE. I have been waiting for 3 days for my order WITHOUT LEAVING HOME and they still update as if the postman had not been attended to. DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE and the opening hours are only for those who do not work!!!! It's easy to work at the post office, right? Does not work!

Correio ao invés de melhorar, só piora!
Terrible, they delivered my bank card, they didn't put it in the mailbox, my dogs destroyed the card, now I'm trying to talk to someone responsible, but no one answers this phone!
