★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, é muito comum a encomenda ficar dias e dias esquecida na agência. De todos os pedidos que, infelizmente precisaram vir pelos correios (9 pacotes), apenas 1 foi entregue pelo carteiro. Os demais eu fui obrigado a ir buscar.
Lousy service, it is very common for the order to stay forgotten for days and days at the agency. Of all the orders that unfortunately had to come by post (9 packages), only 1 was delivered by the postman. The rest I was forced to fetch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre faço compras pela internet , e sempre tenho muita dificuldade em receber , pois chega em Breves e passar no mínimo 5 dias pra entrega , minha última encomenda (essa semana ) estava a 15 dias nos correios e só entregaram pq mandaram por outra pessoa que mora no meu endereço buscar também sua encomenda, estou com novas compras a 5 dias novamente fui sábado de manhã e tá fechado . Talvez seja agência pequena, poucos funcionários, não sei, mas o atendimento é deficitário e deixa muito a desejar!
