★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente, o ruim é nao ter um esquema de fila única ou senha, quando o local fica cheio, fica chato, pois ninguém sabe quem é realmente o próximo a ser atendido.
The service is excellent, the bad thing is not having a single queue or password, when the place is full, it is boring, because no one knows who is really the next to be attended.

Quando cheguei, a atendente disse que eu deveria me dirigir a outra agência, na Amazonas. Depois de muita insistência, ela resolveu apenas parcialmente o meu problema. Não quis verificar quem havia conversado no telefone comigo.
I called ahead to find out if this agency could assist me in what I needed. They said yes. When I arrived, the attendant said that I should go to another agency, in Amazonas. After much insistence, she only partially solved my problem. I didn't want to check who had talked to me on the phone.

O espaço da agência é adequado para o atendimento, mesmo com muitos clientes na espera. Tem fácil acesso para cadeirantes.
I go often to this franchised post office. I am always very well taken care of. The attendants are very friendly, helpful and know well the services offered by the Post Office. The branch space is adequate for service, even with many customers waiting. It has easy access for wheelchair users.
