Fui na assistĂȘncia fĂsica da Samsung daqui de Londrina, me atenderam mal, riram de mim, falaram que meu tablet nĂŁo tinha defeito nenhum. (Estava com burn-in).
Mas nĂŁo acreditei neles, falei com a Samsung pelo chat, e enviei para assistĂȘncia da global express.
NĂŁo tive despesa nenhuma, chegou na sexta, e jĂĄ concerteram no mesmo dia e no mesmo dia jĂĄ estava com o cĂłdigo de rastreamento pq jĂĄ estava a caminho para minha cidade.
Chegou perfeito, bem embalado e constataram outro defeito que nem eu tinha notado.
Atendimento råpido, solução eficaz. Muito obrigado
Segunda feira estarei indo presencialmente na Samsung daqui de Londrina, reclamar na ouvidoria e tacar na cara dos 3 atendentes mal educados a ordem de serviço do que foi feito, agora é minha vez de rir

â â â â â Precisei da assistĂȘncia pois meu S10 Lite apresentou o problema de tela fantasma, nĂŁo tive contato com ninguĂ©m da Global pois a Samsung sĂł me instruiu a encaminhar o aparelho para eles, porĂ©m foram perfeitos, meu aparelho chegou concertado, caixa e acessĂłrios como foram enviados e fiz o teste pelo aplicativo da Samsung members e tudo estava ok!
Encaminhei o aparelho em uma segunda feira, na sexta ele jĂĄ estava comigo novamente (a assistĂȘncia fica em BH e moro no interior em MG) achei super rĂĄpido.
Depois que mandei o aparelho fui ver as avaliaçÔes aqui e fiquei com receio do que li, felizmente comigo não houve nada de errado.

I sent the device on a Monday, on Friday it was with me again (the assistance is in BH and I live in the countryside in MG) I thought it was super fast.
After I sent the device I went to see the reviews here and I was afraid of what I read, luckily with me there was nothing wrong.

Recebi meu aparelho hoje e fiquei impressionado com o cuidado que tiveram com o aparelho, chegou tudo certinho , nĂŁo percebi marcas atĂ© agora. Irei continuar com os testes, porĂ©m o serviço desse centro de reparo samsung Ă© de muita qualidade. Super recomendo. ParabĂ©ns equipe de profissionais.
I was kind of scared with some comments, but I decided to send my s10+ with the screen cracked, out of warranty. I received my device today and I was impressed with the care they took with the device, everything arrived just right, I didn't notice any marks until now. I will continue with the tests, but the service of this samsung repair center is very quality. I highly recommend. Congratulations team of professionals.

â â â â â Apesar de alguns comentĂĄrios negativos, a empresa foi correta comigo, me auxiliaram a todo momento que entrei em contato com eles, via WhatsApp, inclusive.
Pude acompanhar o envio e devolução corretamente, tanto pelo site da Samsung quanto pelo WhatsApp com eles diretamente.
O aparelho foi consertado e voltou em excelente estado. No meu caso o aparelho caiu na ĂĄgua.
