Pontos negativos: apartamentos com péssimo isolamento acústico (o apto com 2 dorms o quarto de casal é "parede com parede" com a cozinha do outro apartamento) e muito barulho de carro e moto, principalmente da avenida e aos finais de semana do terreno ao lado.
