★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu comentário nada tem a ver com a qualidade do serviço em si. Infelizmente ocorreu um acontecimento bastante desagradável. Eu iniciei o procedimento de manicure e ao lado uma senhora SEM A MÁSCARA fazia a manicure tranquilamente. Na verdade ainda meio que contava vantagem que não usava a máscara . Me aproximei um pouco dela e solicitei que usasse a máscara. Ela disse que não usaria, que tinha tido o covid e que não era obrigada( um equívoco até onde eu sei mesmo quem já teve o covid deve usar a máscara em estabelecimentos comerciais). O responsável, muito educadamente, solicitou que está senhora usasse a máscara e ofereceu uma máscara descartável à ela. Ela então colocou a máscara mas se recusou a colocar a máscara ajustada ao nariz. O responsável é muito educado mas momentos difíceis exigem escolhas corajosas. Além disso atender pessoas sem a máscara é ilegal. Ele solicitou minha compreensão para que eu não chamasse a polícia ( esse seriado caso). Eu reclamei com a pessoa responsável do Carrefour ( Sr Alberto) para que minha reclamação fosse mais formalizada. Mais uma vez não é nada pessoal, o salão oferece um bom atendimento mas é preciso seguir a lei.
My comment has nothing to do with the quality of the service itself. Unfortunately, a very unpleasant event occurred. I started the manicure procedure and at the side a lady WITHOUT THE MASK did the manicure smoothly. In fact, it still kind of had an advantage that I didn't wear the mask. I approached her a little and asked her to wear the mask. She said she would not use it, that she had taken the covid and that she was not obliged (a mistake as far as I know even those who have had the covid must wear the mask in commercial establishments). The manager, very politely, requested that this lady wear the mask and offered her a disposable mask. She then put on the mask but refused to put on the mask fitted to her nose. The person in charge is very polite but difficult times demand courageous choices. Furthermore, attending people without the mask is illegal. He requested my understanding so that I would not call the police (this case series). I complained to the person responsible for Carrefour (Mr Alberto) so that my complaint would be more formalized. Once again it is not personal, the salon offers good service but it is necessary to follow the law.
