Meu carro não tinha um problema e saiu de lá com barulho na roda que eles alegaram ter problema.
Vi eles recomendarem a mesma peça mas mais 3 pessoas.
Não vale a pena ter a troca de pneu gratuito, Demora muito e ainda querem te empurrar outros serviços.
They defect the car to make you change the parts.
My car didn't have a problem and it came out of there with wheel noise that they claimed had a problem.
I saw them recommend the same piece but 3 more people.
It's not worth having a free tire change, It takes a long time and they still want to push you with other services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoraram mais de 2 horas pra fazer a troca de 4 pneus e o alinhamento e balanceamento.
Meu carro entrou na oficina era 9:50 da manhã e 11:50 e ainda sequer fizeram o balanceamento de todas as rodas. Os pneus estão desmontados desde as 10:40.
Começaram a montar os pneus já era 11:20.
Uma lentidão sem tamanho, nunca esperei tanto por um serviço tão simples.
It took more than 2 hours to change 4 tires and align and balance.
My car entered the shop at 9:50 am and 11:50 am and they still hadn't even balanced all the wheels. Tires are dismounted from 10:40.
They started to mount the tires it was already 11:20.
Such slowness, I never expected so much for such a simple service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Você vai pela troca de pneus "grátis" anunciada (que a gente sabe que de grátis não tem nada... Pq provavelmente já há um valor embutido no preço do pneu), e eles te empurram insistentemente a troca de várias peças. Eu já imaginava que de certa forma eles ofereceriam algum serviço adicional, como um balanceamento, troca de óleo, etc. Mas não, eles desmontam seu carro, e te chamam lá pra falar que há peças que precisam ser trocadas urgentemente, que você corre risco andando com o carro assim, que você tem que trocar até você aceitar. E não é só comigo, olhem as reclamações abaixo. FUJAM DESSE TIPO DE ESTABELECIMENTO.
Bad experience. You go for the advertised "free" tire change (which we know is free of charge... because there is probably already a value built into the tire price), and they insistently push you to change several parts. I already imagined that in a way they would offer some additional service, like a balancing, oil change, etc. But no, they dismantle your car, and they call you there to say that there are parts that need to be changed urgently, that you are at risk driving the car like this, that you have to change it until you accept it. And it's not just me, check out the complaints below. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganização total. Lentidão, falta de ferramentas o mecânico para o serviço para fazer outro meu Deus nunca mais compro pneu. O Carrefour se tiver q instalar nesta oficina chequei as 9:15 são 11 :49 e o mecânico parou o serviço para treinar outro carro.... Obs não sabia que a roda do carro era um martelo rsss meu deus NAO RECOMENTO
Total disorganization. Slowness, lack of tools the mechanic for the service to do another my God I never buy tires again. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos os pneus no Carrefour e "ganhamos a colocação e alinhamento", porém ficam colando mil defeitos e peças que precisam trocar e etc que se a gente não fizer não dão garantia. Sendo que tínhamos feito revisão e manutenção do carro à dois meses. Além de enrolarem o máximo de tempo. Achei de estrema falta de ética ficar insistindo em serviços desnecessários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram troca dos pneus e disseram que tinha peças para trocar , levei o carro para autorizada e não acharam problema algum somente o que eles mesmo fizeram quando trocou pneu.
They changed the tires and said they had parts to change, I took the car to an authorized dealer and they didn't find any problem, just what they did when they changed the tire.
