★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 04/12/2021 tive a péssima experiência de passar com um profissional sem ética e sem noção alguma... para tentar oferecer outros tipos de serviços é capaz de praticamente humilhar o cliente. Marquei uma escova e pedi que finalizasse com chapinha, o profissional desde a lavagem só falava mal do meu cabelo, que eu precisa de vitamina, de vários tratamentos, que ele era todo quebrado!! Eu tenho espelho em casa e nunca vi um fio quebrado... tudo isso para que eu fizesse outros procedimentos com ele, isso já é pratica do salão... além de fazer uma péssima escova, mal feita, sem modelar, apenas puxou meu cabelo, foi feito de qualquer jeito para que finalizasse rápido. Na hora de pagar, pasmem: a chapinha foi cobrada a parte!!! Eu nunca vi isso na minha vida!!! Preço totalmente abusivo, R$ 88,00 cobrado para um serviço horrível! Capaz de daqui a um tempo cobrarem até o lugar que você sentar! Sem falar no aspecto que está meu cabelo após essa escova, perdendo densidade e totalmente seco e ressecado! Prometi a mim mesma nunca pisar nesse local!

When paying, be amazed: the flat iron was charged separately!!! I have never seen this in my life!!! Totally abusive price, R$ 88,00 charged for a horrible service! Able to charge up to the place you sit in a while! Not to mention how my hair looks after this brush, losing density and completely dry and dry! I promised myself never to set foot in this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vou tentar resumir a minha experiência acrescentando um alerta muito importante: pelo que notei este salão não tem(se tem são poucos) profissionais que realmente trabalham para eles, a maioria aluga o espaço no salão, isso faz com que o local não tenha nenhuma garantia de qualidade dos profissionais que emprega. Dito isso, fui realizar um corte de cabelo feminino, deixando muito claro que queria meu cabelo comprido (!!!!). Como ele estava enorme, ainda que tirassem um palmo inteiro permaneceria comprido. O profissional começou pela parte de trás e eu estava bem tranquila, pois o corte era simples, e meu único pedido também. Não vi o quanto ele estava tirando, só sei que quando ele puxou meu cabelo todo para frente, pra minha infeliz surpresa meu cabelo estava nos ombros. Não sei nem se eu preciso relatar mais do que isso, porque isso já me quebrou, a auto estima está lá embaixo e pra voltar a ter um comprimento minimamente comprido vai ser uns booons 18 meses. Gostaria de postar uma foto para vocês terem ideia de como era e como ficou. Mas ainda não tive coragem de tirar, não consigo nem me olhar no espelho mais. Procurem salões de profissionais contratados e fixos, pelo amor de Deus.
Deixo ainda uma resposta à resposta do salão sobre o meu desagrado: eu não pedi para que ele cortasse mais em momento NENHUM. Deixei muito específico o comprimento do meu cabelo e ainda citei que fazia muito tempo que eu não cortava o cabelo em salão por conta de um trauma exatamente como este que passei, de não respeitarem o comprimento que escolhi. Deixem de ser orgulhosos na hora de assumir um erro com o cliente, dizendo que lembra de mim e que fui eu que solicitei algo que nunca solicitei, pois não era você que estava cortando o meu cabelo. Digo mais: a minha conclusão de que as cadeiras são alugadas foi feita pois o "profissional" tentou me vender uma hidratação que eu não queria, pois estas eram as que ele tinha, e a que eu queria ele teria que pagar a dose para o salão, insisti na que eu queria e a pessoa que cedeu o creme sentou do ladinho para ver a quantidade que o profissional estava passando no meu cabelo. Eu nem ia citar este fato, que inclusive me deixou desconfortável e muito constrangida, mas fica ai também de brinde por tamanha infantilidade na resposta. Uma cliente sai completamente infeliz com o serviço prestado e a resposta de vocês parece uma criança fazendo birra. Parabéns ein

The professional started from the back and I was very calm, because the cut was simple, and my only request was too. I didn't see how much he was taking it off, I just know that when he pulled my hair all the way forward, to my unfortunate surprise my hair was down to my shoulders. I don't even know if I need to report more than that, because this has already broken me, self-esteem is way down there and to get back to having a minimally long length it will take a whopping 18 months. I would like to post a photo for you to have an idea of what it was like and how it turned out. But I still haven't had the courage to take it off, I can't even look at myself in the mirror anymore. Look for salons with hired and fixed professionals, for God's sake.
I still leave an answer to the salon's answer about my displeasure: I didn't ask him to cut more at ANY time. I made my hair length very specific and also mentioned that it had been a long time since I cut my hair in a salon because of a trauma exactly like the one I went through, of not respecting the length I chose. Stop being proud when you admit a mistake with the client, saying that you remember me and that I was the one who requested something I never requested, because you weren't the one who was cutting my hair. I wasn't going to mention this fact, which even made me uncomfortable and very embarrassed, but it's also a toast for such childish response. A customer leaves completely unhappy with the service provided and your response sounds like a child throwing a tantrum. congratulations huh
