Os problemas começou 2 meses após a compra
Quando notei que o carro está caindo aos pedaços vários problemas apareceram, porém fiquei tranquilo porque meu vendedor Daniel no momento da venda, deixou bem claro que o carro tinha garantia de reparo
Contratei 9 meses a mais para que ficasse ainda mais seguro, liguei na localiza e agendei o reparo das peças, até aí ok
Porém o descaso começou quando a localiza semi novos não aprovou o reparo das peças, aprovou 2 itens da lista solicita, ok o problema maior foi que a via total localizada na Av. Eng. George Corbisier, 273 - Jabaquara, São Paulo - SP, 04345-000 dentro do Carrefour não tem preparo algum para trabalhar como mecânica, par quem entende de carro vai saber o que estou falando os caras são trocadores de peças, não são mecânicos, o mais absurdo veio quando o prazo repassado de 12 dias expirou e o gerente João Paulo da via total me disse que não entregaria meu carro porque ele não tinha elevador para trocar a peça,
Depois de muito sacrifício, conseguir retirar o carro de lá
Ok o gerente João Paulo mostrou um papel com as peças que avia sido (trocada)
Ok no outro dia fui no mecânico de confiança e pedir para ele subir o carro e verificar se as peças trocadas eram de qualidade, porém descobrir que as peças ainda eram as mesma, não trocaram exatamente nada, os amortecedores traseiros que estavam ruins eles colocaram na frente, e posteriormente os da frente que estava um pouco melhor eles limparam e colocaram atrás como se fosse um novo trocado, um absurdo agora eu não sei quem está fazer parte desse esquema criminoso. Resumo da história meu carro está pior do que antes. Volto a dizer aqui

The problems started 2 months after purchase

I hired 9 more months to make it even safer, I called the location and scheduled the repair of the parts, so far ok
However, the neglect started when the semi new locator did not approve the repair of the parts, it approved 2 items from the requested list, ok the biggest problem was that the total track located at Av. Eng. George Corbisier, 273 - Jabaquara, São Paulo - SP, 04345-000 inside Carrefour has no preparation to work as a mechanic, for those who understand the car, they will know what I'm talking about, the guys are parts changers, they are not mechanics, the most absurd came when the 12-day deadline expired and the manager João Paulo of via total told me that he would not deliver my car because he did not have an elevator to change the part,
After a lot of sacrifice, getting the car out of there
Ok the manager João Paulo showed a paper with the pieces that had been (changed)
Ok the other day I went to the trusted mechanic and asked him to climb the car and check if the parts exchanged were of good quality, but discovering that the parts were still the same, they didn’t exactly change anything, the rear shock absorbers that were bad they put on front, and later those at the front that were a little better they cleaned and put it back as if it were a new change, absurd now I don't know who is part of this criminal scheme. Summary of the story my car is worse than before. I say again here
DO NOT BUY A CAR IN LOCALIZED SEMI NEW NO MORE DO NOT EVEN TAKE YOUR CARS TO THE FULL ROAD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguei antes das 14hs da tarde e me informaram que não poderia trocar meus pneus já comprados no Mercado pois estavam sem funcionários o suficientes, recomendo a todos procurar um lugar que esteja preparado para atender seus clientes
I followed before 2 pm and informed me that I could not change my tires already purchased at the Market because they were not staffed enough, I recommend everyone look for a place that is prepared to serve their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomendo. Local muito limpo e organizado. Sala de espera confortável e tem até um cafezinho. Normalmente imaginamos que oficina é um lugar meio sujo, mas no caso da Via Total do Jabaquara é completamente diferente. Oficina acima da média que tenho visto por aí.
Conheci a oficina quando fui levar o carro da empresa para fazer revisão pela Locadora e agora levo o meu carro particular e da minha esposa. Pessoal trata a gente pelo nome e não como mais um cliente qualquer. Dou muito valor a isto.
I highly recommend it. Very clean and organized place. Comfortable waiting room and even a coffee. We normally imagine that a workshop is a bit dirty, but in the case of Via Total do Jabaquara it is completely different. Above average workshop I've seen around.
I visited the garage when I was taking the company car for inspection by the Rental Company and now I take my and my wife's private car. Staff treats us by name and not just another customer. I value this very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ouvi dizer que é outro pessoal que esta na oficina do Carrefour e que não é mais oficina Brasil, pois oficina Brasil tem uma má fama. Resolvi arriscar para fazer a manutenção do meu carro, e fui surpreendido com o excelente atendimento, com as explicações bem claras do problema do meu carro. Levantaram o carro e me mostraram o problema ao vivo. Ao final me entregaram todas as peças velhas mostrando que todas haviam sido substituídas como contratado. Me explicaram da garantia tudo certinho. Gostei da jogada de oferecer 2 revisões gratuitas como complemento do serviço para fazer os re-apertos, conferir alinhamento, etc.
Confesso que eu tinha um orçamento mais em conta, mas vale a pena pagar um pouco mais caro para ter um serviço de qualidade e ter a garantia caso ocorra algum problema. Já tive experiência negativa no passado de outro lugar que levei o carro e deixaram meu carro parado 1 semana até que fosse avaliado se seria trocado na garantia ou não. No caso da Via Total do Jabaquara, me foi explicado direitinho que qualquer problema com garantia será tratado primeiro em substituir a peça com problema para liberar meu veículo para eu usá-lo e depois é que vão conversar com o distribuidor deles.
Eu particularmente penso da seguinte forma: ficou doente, tem opção de ir no hospital público ou no hospital particular. Carro quebrou, tem opção de ir em oficina de rua, oficina padrão Via Total, ou levar na concessionária e pagar o dobro. Cada um escolhe onde quer levar. Eu arrisquei e não me arrependi. Obrigado Via Total.
I heard that other people are in the Carrefour workshop and that it is no longer a workshop in Brazil, as a workshop in Brazil has a bad reputation. I decided to take a risk to maintain my car, and I was surprised by the excellent service, with very clear explanations of my car's problem. They lifted the car and showed me the problem live. In the end they handed me all the old parts showing that they had all been replaced as a contractor. They explained everything to me about the guarantee. I liked the move to offer 2 free revisions as a complement to the service to re-tighten, check alignment, etc.
I confess that I had a more affordable budget, but it's worth paying a little more to have a quality service and guarantee in case of any problem. I've had negative experience in the past from another place where I took the car and my car was left idle for 1 week until it was evaluated whether it would be exchanged under warranty or not. In the case of Via Total do Jabaquara, it was explained to me that any problem with the warranty will be dealt with first by replacing the problem part to release my vehicle for me to use and then they will talk to their distributor.
Personally, I think in the following way: you got sick, you have the option of going to the public hospital or the private hospital. Car broke down, you have the option of going to a street garage, a standard Via Total garage, or taking it to the dealership and paying double. Everyone chooses where they want to take them. I took a chance and didn't regret it. Thank you Via Total.
