Há mais de duas semanas eu aguardo o retorno e nada. Agora nem atender as ligações eles atendem. Tomara que co siga resolver meus problemas.

I've been waiting for the return for over two weeks and nothing. Now they don't even answer the calls. I hope I can continue to solve my problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a manutenção de uma cortina de vidro no dia 28/01/22. No dia um dos técnicos precisou sair pra buscar peças que haviam faltado e voltou às 18hrs. O serviço havia sido agendado para as 14hrs. Realizei o pix no mesmo dia. No dia seguinte a cortina começou apresentar diferentes vazamentos que não existiam. Até hoje não me enviaram o termo de garantia conforme prometido e desde então eles não respondem aos contatos por qualquer número telefone. Estou extremamente insatisfeita e recomendo fortemente que procurem qualquer outra empresa para realizar a sua manutenção ou instalação.
I performed the maintenance of a glass curtain on 01/28/22. On the day one of the technicians had to go out to get parts that had been missing and returned at 18:00. The service had been scheduled for 2 pm. I performed the pix on the same day. The next day the curtain started to show different leaks that didn't exist. Until today they didn't send me the warranty term as promised and since then they don't respond to contacts by any phone number. I am extremely dissatisfied and strongly recommend that they look for any other company to carry out their maintenance or installation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei a Exclusive Glass para dar uma manutenção na cortina de vidro (15/02) do meu apartamento. Após eles virem aqui, além de não terem feito tudo do contrato (prometeram brinde, prometeram limpar as janelas e explicar como faz a manutenção), uma peça da cortina de vidro já caiu. Desde o dia seguinte, que estou tentando que eles voltem e terminem o serviço. Eles já me deram 2 bolos e até hoje. 09/03, não tenho o serviço completo. Péssimo atendimento. Não recomendo a ninguém.
I hired Exclusive Glass to do a maintenance on the glass curtain (15/02) in my apartment. After they came here, in addition to not having done everything in the contract (they promised toast, promised to clean the windows and explain how to maintain it), a piece of the glass curtain has already fallen. Since the next day, I've been trying to get them to come back and finish the job. They already gave me 2 cakes and until today. 09/03, I do not have the full service. Terrible attendance. I don't recommend it to anyone.
