★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PIOR EMPRESA QUE EU PODERIA TER CONTRATADO. Vendeu o serviço com a promessa de que seria solucionada a questão de vazamento em minha cortina de vidro, com garantia de 5 anos. Gastei uma fortuna na esperança de não ter mais problemas e hoje tenho um problema maior do que eu tinha anteriormente. A empresa, frente aos problemas, alegou que o prédio tem falhas que justificam os vazamentos. Apesar das afirmações absurdas, ainda que o prédio tivesse essas falhas, a visita técnica que a empresa fez deveria apontar que a troca do sistema não seria suficiente. Após a empresa não ter capacidade de consertar o problema, indagou que eu havia perdido a garantia, pois o sistema tinha sido desmontado (por eles mesmo!) para tentar o reparo. As imagens abaixo dizem por si só. Por fim, também não emitem nota fiscal.
WORST COMPANY I COULD HAVE HIRED. He sold the service with the promise that the leak in my glass curtain would be fixed, with a 5-year warranty. I spent a fortune hoping to have no more problems and today I have a bigger problem than I previously had. The company, faced with the problems, claimed that the building has flaws that justify the leaks. Despite the absurd claims, even if the building had these flaws, the technical visit that the company made should point out that replacing the system would not be enough. After the company was unable to fix the problem, they asked that I had lost the warranty, as the system had been dismantled (by themselves!) to try to repair it. The images below speak for themselves. Finally, they also do not issue an invoice.
