★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Detesto a cosbel da Júlio ibiapina com Abolição, sempre compro produtos pro meu salão em lojas cosbel mas pela primeira vez vi tanta irresponsabilidade e pessoas sem competência em um lugar só. Comprei uma caixa de luvas pro meu estoque, quando fui usar mais de 1 mês depois de compro, percebi que TODAS as luvas estavam rasgadas, não sei se estavam juntando as luvas rasgadas em uma caixa ou sei lá o que, e pra minha surpresa hoje fui na loja tentar trocar a caixa de luvas e fui atendido pela própria vendedora que me vendeu as luvas, porém a gerente que deveria chegar as 8:30 ainda não estava na loja, tive que aguardar a mesma que só chegou às 9:40 (super antipática por sinal) se não me engano Samara o nome dela, falou que não poderia trocar a caixa de luvas porque tinha que ter a nota fiscal porque não sabia nem se tinha sido compra lá (desconfiando da minha índole) sendo que ela não sabia que eu já tinha conversado com a vendedora e ela já tinha me reconhecido e já estava procurando no sistema pra emitir uma nova via, a mesma tomou a frente sendo que eu sei dia e hora que eu fiz a compra, ela só disse que não poderia ser realizar a troca, o que ela disse de mais útil foi DESCULPA TÁ e nem sequer devolveu a caixa de luva rasgada. Não volto mas a comprar nessa loja, funcionários sem capacidade de exercer o cargo.
I hate Julius ibiapina's cosbel with Abolition, I always buy products for my salon in cosbel stores but for the first time I saw so much irresponsibility and people without competence in one place. I bought a box for my stock gloves, when I use more than one month after I buy, I realized that ALL the gloves were torn, do not know whether they were joining the torn gloves in a box or whatever that, and now to my surprise I was at the store trying to change the glove box and was attended by the very seller who sold me the gloves, but the manager would arrive at 8:30 it was in the shop, I had to wait the same that only arrived at 9:40 ( super unsympathetic by the way) I think it was Samara her name, said she could not change the glove box because he had to have the invoice because did not even know if it had been purchased there (distrusting of my character) and she did not know I had already talked to the clerk and she had recognized me and was already looking for the system to issue a new route, it took the lead and I know the day and time that I made the purchase, she just said she could not be performing the exchange what she said most helpful was sorry, and didn't even return the torn glove box. I don't come back but to buy in this store, employees without ability to hold the position.
