★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos até a empresa pelas plataformas digitais. Entendo que antes do contrato é feito uma consulta do locatário, entretanto, fizeram isso em uma semana e um dia após apresentarem os contratos de locação e de prestação de serviço passaram a exigir agilidade na assinatura do contrato alegando que o processo estava em fase final e locatário tinha pressa. O fato é que não queriam igualmente nos conceder um prazo para analisar os termos. Por fim, o contrato apresentava o valor de locação errado e havia cláusulas que precisavam ser discutidas para equilibrar e detalhar mais as responsabilidades de ambas as partes. Por conta disso mantivemos o imóvel ativo em outras imobiliárias até que fosse concretizado o negócio e passamos a ser tratado com menosprezo e com certa altivez pelos representantes da imobiliária.
We reached the company through digital platforms. I understand that before the contract a consultation of the lessee is made, however, they did it in one week and one day after presenting the lease and service provision contracts started to demand agility in the signing of the contract, claiming that the process was in the final stage and renter was in a hurry. The fact is that they also did not want to give us a deadline to analyze the terms. Finally, the contract had the wrong lease amount and there were clauses that needed to be discussed to balance and further detail the responsibilities of both parties. As a result, we kept the property active in other real estate companies until the deal was concluded and we started to be treated with contempt and with a certain pride by the representatives of the real estate company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu procurei um imóvel para locação com intenção de compra me passaram o apto, sai de itu fui até lá, estava fechado estavam fazendo o contrato meus filhos já ansiosos, tiramos o dinheiro da aplicação despensamos outros negócios, no dia de voltar a praia grande assinar o contrato....simplesmente nos avisaram Whatsapp que o imóvel tinha sido vendido.. achei estranhíssimo pq no dia anterior eles me perguntaram se eu poderia ficar com a mesa q existia no apto kkkk ..conclusão perdi os outros aptos q tínhamos gostado e simplesmente assim no dia eles cancelaram a negociação por whats
Obs: a corretora Rebeca foi atenciosa mto gente boa, educada.
Mas ainda assim existe falta de profissionalismo da imobiliária.
I looked for a rental property with the intention to buy, they gave me the apt, I left itu I went there, it was closed, my kids were already anxious, we took the money from the application and we dismissed other deals, on the day of returning to Praia Grande sign the contract .... simply let us know Whatsapp that the property had been sold .. I found it weird because the day before they asked me if I could have the table that existed in the fit kkkk ..conclusion I lost the other ones we had liked and just like that on the day they canceled the trading for whats
Note: the broker Rebeca was attentive to very good, polite people.
But there is still a lack of professionalism in real estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dica da noite se tiver que alugar alguma casa ou comprar, nunca faça negócio com a Costa Do Sol Imobiliaria. Pois aqui é uma má vontade de resolver as coisas que só, imobiliária não resolve os problemas, proprietário pior ainda, pedreiro/elétricista só aparece uma vez a cada um mês pra falar que vem arrumar e some.
Só pra deixar registrado aqui toda minha raiva por essa péssima imobiliária!!!
Evening tip if you have to rent a house or buy, never do business with Costa Do Sol Imobiliaria. Because here is an unwillingness to solve things that only, real estate doesn't solve the problems, owner even worse, bricklayer/electrician only shows up once a month to say he's coming to fix it and disappear.
Just to register here all my anger for this terrible real estate!!!
