★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo jamais!! Procure outra imobiliária pq aqui na Praia Grande tem centenas! Aqui não há ética e nem profissionalismo. Tratam os clientes, após assinarem contrato, com total indiferença e descaso, não respondendo e-mails e nem WhatsApp, a não ser que vc cobre é muito essa resposta. Eu, por exemplo, tive de enviar notificação extrajudicial para conseguir minha via do contrato, e hj, após rescisão contratual estou esperando há dias a diferença da devolução do meu depósito caução. Péssima experiência aqui. Se quiser ainda assim fazer negócio, junte provas de tudo para se precaver.

Nesta imobiliária não há ética e nem profissionalismo, o correto que me atendeu não cumpri com a palavra, combinou uma coisa comigo sem a ciência do proprietário e depois desconversou dizendo que não falou, fez pressão para assinar o contrato e fazer o depósito caução, não respeitou nem o dia de finados que ficou mandando mensagens, e após assinatura do contrato, foi total indiferença e descaso, e quando responde são as mesmas respostas...vou vê, vou vê e nunca resolve, sempre deixando o cliente como os errados. Eu tive péssima experiência com esta imobiliária. Eu aconselho quando fizer negócio, junte provas de tudo, fotos, áudio e escritas do que foi acordado para se precaver e antes de assinar qualquer documento verifica o estabelecimento se estar de acordo com o contrato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tenho um apto que essa imobiliária administra, a minha inquilina paga o aluguel antes do tempo, o boleto vence todo dia 1° e ela paga todo dia 30, pois bem eles tem 4 dias úteis a partir do dia 1° para me repassar o valor, eles não passam.
O IPTU e o condomínio desse imóvel vencem dia 8, eles deveriam ter me passado o aluguel ontem dia 07 e não me passaram.
Tenho mas 3 imóveis alugar SEM IMOBILIÁRIA E NUNCA TIVE UM ATRASO NOS PAGAMENTOS
Imobiliária nunca mais, essa será a primeira e a última vez.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olá Locador... Registro a minha insatisfação ao realizar negócios com está empresa, cheguei de fora da cidade e alguns reparos acordamos que seriam realizados após a minha mudança.
Porém hoje (09/08), nenhum contato e/ou iniciativa por parte da imobiliária que até desisti, como pintura; tanque e/ou saída de água para máquina que não possui na lavanderia... tenho fotos, que seguem anexos.
Logo que mudei a Zeladora informou que o Apto está com o encanamento entupido e para uma pessoa que reside apenas 5 (cinco) meses e se deparar com o esgoto por toda a sua cozinha e à 02(dois) dias estão aguardando o proprietário do imóvel pagar os conserto para assim ocorrer a solução do meu problema.
