â â â â â Excelente atendimento. Eu particularmente amei a experiĂȘncia com Dra LaĂs tenho um trauma de infĂąncia com relação a dentista e ela com seu carisma conseguiu me acalmar de tal forma que tĂŽ ansiosa pra passar a quarentena e continuar meu tratamento. ?
Excellent service. I particularly loved the experience with Dr. LaĂs, I have a childhood trauma in relation to the dentist and she, with her charisma, managed to calm me down in such a way that I am anxious to pass the quarantine and continue my treatment. ?

Clean and organized place, excellent service, both from the receptionist, as from Dr. LaĂs, and not counting all the measures of the security protocol to COVID 19, being respected. I highly recommend it!

â â â â â Ambiente bastante limpo, organizado, todos seguem os protocolos sanitĂĄrios rigorosamente. Dra Lais foi bastante atenciosa comigo, sempre tive medo de ir pra dentista, porĂ©m, com ela me senti muito a vontade, ela Ă© realmente uma profissional excelente. ParabĂ©ns.
Very clean, organized environment, everyone strictly follows sanitary protocols. Dr. Lais was very attentive to me, I was always afraid to go to the dentist, however, with her I felt very comfortable, she is really an excellent professional. Congratulations.

â â â â â Com 5 meses de tratamento da minha filha de 12 anos , Dra.Lais vetou a continuidade de atendimento alegando que eu nĂŁo estaria satisfeita com seu trabalho ,sem eu NUNCA TER FEITO NENHUMA RECLAMAĂĂO e inclusive a recomendava e via evolução no tratamento.Sempre me interessei de entender o que estava sendo feito a cada manutenção mas parece que com o tempo isso se tornou incomodo para ela.Por duas vzs foi bastante hostil comigo,mas relevei pq achei que fosse algum problema pessoal ou apenas um dia ruim.Na ultima manutencao feita com ela uma peça se soltou como de costume a gnt voltava e ela acertava .Falei com ela que se recusou a fazer o reparo e de forma total antietica devolveu o valor pago naquele mes e mandou procurar outro profissional.Repito ,nunca reclamei de nada , sempre paguei direitinho mes a mes apesar das minhas dificuldades .Mas n teve conversa,me deixou no prejuizo pq precisei recomecar tudo de novo ,pagar documentacao ,retirada do aparelho,limpeza e instalar um novo aparelho.
Em fim,essa foi minha DECEPCIONANTE experiencia com a tal e não desejo a ninguém.
With 5 months of treatment for my 12-year-old daughter, Dr. Lais vetoed the continuity of care claiming that I would not be satisfied with her work, without I NEVER MADE ANY COMPLAINTS and even recommended it and saw progress in the treatment. to understand what was being done at each maintenance but it seems that over time it became uncomfortable for her. For two times she was quite hostile to me, but I reread it because I thought it was some personal problem or just a bad day. with it a piece came off as usual the gnt came back and she got it right. I spoke with her who refused to make the repair and totally unethical returned the amount paid that month and sent for another professional. I repeat, I never complained about anything, I always paid straight every month despite my difficulties. But there was no conversation, it left me at a loss because I had to start all over again, pay for documentation, remove the device, clean and install a new one. pair.
In the end, that was my DECEPTIONING experience with it and I do not wish on anyone.

I did a pre-evaluation by WhatsApp the time was 14:50 I have to talk and audios in hand I can send it by istagran direct if you want I was embarrassed I thought I was dealing with professionals with ethics and respect for patients and customers it was deliverance if by WhatsApp you treat so bad imagine
