Pior lugar do mundo para se trabalhar. Os elevadores despencam semanalmente, não existe infraestrutura alguma, muito menos segurança! Além disso, a Gowork humilha diversas vezes os próprios funcionários, obrigando-os a almoçar na chuva, por não "pegar bem" almoçar no lougne do primeiro andar.
Esta semana os bombeiros tiveram de retirar duas pessoas do elevador, pois ele ficava subindo e descendo e a Gowork nao conseguiu fazer o elevador parar (os mesmos funcionam há 35 anos já, e a empresa ainda nao se manifestou para trocá-los.)
NA GOWORK FALTA SEGURANÇA, INFRAESTRUTURA E BOM SENSO!
DO NOT RENT ROOMS THIS PLACE!
Worst place in the world to work. The elevators plummet weekly, there is no infrastructure, much less security! In addition, Gowork repeatedly humiliates its own employees, forcing them to have lunch in the rain for not "catching up" lunch on the first floor lougne.
This week firefighters had to remove two people from the elevator as it was up and down and not Gowork managed to make the lift stop (the same work for 35 years already, and the company has not yet manifested itself to exchange them.)
GOWORK LACK SAFETY, INFRASTRUCTURE AND GOOD SENSE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior opção para o empreendedor que quer expandir e passar credibilidade e profissionalismo para o seu cliente! Eles tratam nosso cliente com um descaso total pior que lixo, os funcionários não possuem o mínimo de comunicação entre sí e bom senso. Mas na hora de fechar contrato te prometem de tudo, mas depois que você assina começa, cobranças indevidas e ligações abusivas. Para instalar a impressora no computador é necessário abrir um chamado que eles respondem depois de 1 semana sem uma solução! Qualquer coisa simples que precise, é via chamado no sistema deles que por sinal é retrógrado e demora muito o retorno. Péssima empresa, pior coworking existente, se querem crescer ou manter seu negócio, NÃO procure a GOWORK.

Uma total falta de respeito !! Ligaram pra mina namorada, que não é cliente, para fazer cobranças de uma terceira pessoa …. Ligaram ao gritos … ininterruptamente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os problemas somente estão aumentando, além de tudo que já aconteceu, agora ninguém mais me responde. Ninguém quer resolver o meu caso.
Aluguei uma sala privativa em jan/21, hoje, nov/21 já tive diversos problemas com a empresa. Nem tudo que prometem cumprem, tem mais gente do que lugar para almoçar (agora expandiram a copa, mas se não for almoçar às 11:45, somente irá conseguir às 15h) até agora só tem 3 lugares confortáveis na mesa da copa para receber 2 andares de pessoas. A única sala de reunião com privacidade (para passar credibilidade para o cliente) é impossível de reservar (no contrato está o limite de 4h /dia, sendo que só pode 2h consecutivas, mas se pagar a parte pode reservar o dia todo/ ou seja, pelo contrato você nunca reserva). Já aconteceu de ter refrigerante na mesa e cadeiras da reunião (passei vergonha com o cliente), sempre entram na sala mesmo com a placa de ocupado (não tem tranca do lado de dentro e não leem que esta ocupado, então entram várias vezes na sala).... poderia ficar aqui escrevendo o dia todo, mas acho que já deu para perceber que é uma total péssima escolha este lugar. A não ser que não dependa de passar credibilidade.

I rented a private room in Jan/21, today, Nov/21 I already had several problems with the company. Not everything they promise is fulfilled, there are more people than places for lunch (now they have expanded the pantry, but if you don't go for lunch at 11:45, you will only get it at 15:00) so far there are only 3 comfortable seats at the pantry table to receive 2 floors of people. The only meeting room with privacy (to give credibility to the client) is impossible to book (in the contract there is a limit of 4h / day, and you can only 2 consecutive hours, but if you pay the part you can book the whole day / that is , by contract you never book). It has happened that there was soda on the table and chairs at the meeting (I was embarrassed with the client), they always enter the room even with the busy sign (there is no lock on the inside and they do not read that it is busy, so they enter the room several times ).... I could stay here writing all day, but I think I can already tell that this place is a total bad choice. Unless it doesn't depend on passing credibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não trabalho nesse lugar, meu número estava apenas como recado de uma terceira pessoa. Me ligaram diversas vezes pedindo pra eu passar um recado pra essa pessoa. Quando informei que não passaria mais recado nenhum, começaram a me ligar insistentemente, deixando minha caixa postal lotada. Por fim resolvi atender uma última vez, foi quando começaram a gritar comigo e me ameaçar para eu anotar o telefone deles e passar mais um recado. Na ocasião me ligaram o Guilherme e Henrique, tentando me coagir. Acho engraçado que para ligar e gritar comigo, são bem corajosos, na hora que eu pedi o endereço do local para fazer um b.o contra eles, aí a conversa foi outra. Cuidado com esse lugar, profissionais sem o mínimo de capacidade para lidar com pessoas. Sigo indignada com o tratamento que tive.
I don't work at this place, my number was just on a message from a third person. They called me several times asking me to pass a message to this person. I find it funny that to call and yell at me, they are quite brave, when I asked for the address of the place to make a b.o against them, then the conversation was different. Beware of this place, professionals with no ability to deal with people. I am still outraged at the treatment I had.
