Precisei locar uma sala e recusaram-se a receber um documento na recepção que utilizaria na data, aliás, permitido apenas se fechar um plano, assim, desconsideram muito se você não é cliente fixo. Algo a ser ajustado, porque me fez buscar outro office.
The structure is good, but the booking team is not flexible. I needed to rent a room and they refused to receive a document at the reception that I would use on the date, in fact, only allowed if you close a plan, so they disregard a lot if you are not a regular customer. Something to adjust, because it made me look for another office.
