Até hoje não instalaram meus boxes direito e fica fazendo água para todos os lados.

A gerente cleide não sabe aonde estão os vidros do fechamento da sacada e box, atraso de mais de 20 dias na entrega, repito, GOLPISTAS DE QUINTA!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior empresa que já vi, não cumprem o prazo, minha obra está parado porque esses picaretas não instalam meus vidros da sacada, todo dia inventam uma mentira, não respeitam o cliente e o vendedor, no meu caso a vendedora Priscila não me atende mais no celular e quando atende mente descaradamente, levam placas de vidros tudo errada pra enrolar o cliente colocando em risco a vida de pessoas. Fujam o quanto antes, estão dando golpe em muitas pessoas, mudaram de nome e hoje atendem também como Império Glass e Décor, são uns caras de pau que estão na praça pra pegar o dinheiro de quem é honesto e trabalha. FUJAM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo está empresa de picaretas ao meu pior inimigo. Fechei a compra dos vidros da sacada e dos box no dia 20/10/2015. O Vendedor sr. Elvis Fernando me prometeu que em no máximo 20 dias estaria instalado. Mas que por formalidade tinha de colocar no contrato 30 dias de prazo máximo para instalação. E desde o primeiro agendamento para instalação que era em 26/11/2015. Ou seja já depois dos 30 dias de prazo máximo. Estão refazendo o agendamento para toda semana, e até hoje 18/12/2015 não tenho nada instalado. Se quer os vidros foram entregues. No último dia 15/12/2015 após muito reclamar e tentar falar com algum responsável pela empresa, consegui falar com um tal responsável que jurou , prometeu que seriam entregues e instalados os vidros no dia 18/12/2015. Porém no final do dia 17 liguei na empresa para confirmar o horário da entrega pois acreditava que agora havia falado com algum responsável na empresa. Pra minha surpresa novamente a atendente me comunicou que não havia nada agendado para ser entregue pra mim. Mas que ao verificar com os responsáveis, refez o agendamento para o dia 22/12/2015.
Eu tento a acreditar, porém após mais de 10 agendamentos não cumpridos . Não acredito mais.
Portanto fujam desta empresa. Ninguém fala a verdade lá. Só mentiras.

I don't recommend this pick company to my worst enemy. I closed the purchase of balcony and box glasses on 10/20/2015. The Seller mr. Elvis Fernando promised me that within 20 days it would be installed. But that formally had to put in the contract 30 days maximum deadline for installation. And since the first schedule for installation that was on 11/26/2015. That is already after the 30 days deadline. They are redoing the schedule for every week, and until today 18/12/2015 I have nothing installed. If you want the glasses were delivered. On the last day 15/12/2015 after much complaining and trying to talk to someone responsible for the company, I was able to talk to such a person who swore, promised that the glasses would be delivered and installed on 12/18/2015. But at the end of the 17th I called the company to confirm the delivery time because I believed I had now spoken with someone in charge of the company. To my surprise again the attendant informed me that there was nothing scheduled to be delivered to me. But that when checking with those responsible, redid the schedule for the day 22/12/2015.
I try to believe, though after more than 10 missed schedules. I do not believe it anymore.
So get away from this company. No one speaks the truth there. Just lies.
