★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Você telefona, eles atendem e desligam na sua cara. Ficaram de passar orçamento mas não retornaram nunca. Não é a toa que o lugar parece um cortiço. Seja inteligente e gaste seu dinheiro com lugares que mereçam. E nem se preocupe: no mesmo quarteirão tem lugares bem melhores. Tá cheio de Vidraçaria na bela vista.
 Horrible service. You call, they answer and hang up on you. They stayed to spend budget but never returned. It is no wonder that the place looks like a tenement. Be smart and spend your money on places you deserve. And don't worry: there are much better places on the same block. It's full of glass in the beautiful view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atrás de um rolamento para uma cortina de vidro, e como não entendo do assunto, preferi comprar pessoalmente para não ter erro. Chegando lá o atendente, com a maior cara de pau, cobrou 36 reais em uma já usada, falando que ia passar a preço de custo mesmo. Aceitei por não conhecer muito sobre peças de cortina de vidro. Ao final descobri que uma peça nova é menos de 15 reais.
Gostaria de parabenizar ao cara de pau pela desonestidade. Não recomendo o local.
I went looking for a bearing for a glass curtain, and as I don't understand the subject, I preferred to buy it in person so I wouldn't make a mistake. Once there, the attendant, with the biggest face of shame, charged 36 reais on an already used one, saying that it would pass at cost price. I accepted because I didn't know much about glass curtain pieces. In the end I found out that a new piece is less than 15 reais.
I would like to congratulate the stick guy for his dishonesty. I don't recommend the place.

Terrible. I'm trying to make a budget for bespoke glass and mirror and nothing to respond or give a position. If it's like that in a pre-sales, imagine in the post-sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento mediano porém péssima qualidade do produto entregue. Fora o fato de entregar o produto 3 semana depois do acordado.
Dia 26/06 levei o mapa e pedi para fazer a moldura com o paspatur. O prazo era de 1 semana.
Voltei no dia 12/07 para retirar o produto (1 semana após o prazo) e o produto ainda estava sendo finalizado.
Quando foi entregue na minha casa (no mesmo dia 12, mais tarde) notei q estava sem o paspatur. Entrei em contato e devolvi para fazerem o produto que foi pedido. Quando questionei sobre prazo de entrega fui informada que eles não sabiam pois dependia da fábrica (o curioso é q eu paguei a vidraçaria A VISTA, inclusive). Falta de respeito com o consumidor que já havia pagado o produto!
Hoje (finalmente) recebi o mapa no quadro porém veio com o paspatur descolando, falhas no corte e na cola do mapa, além do fundo de eucatex estar com falha um uma quina!
Enviei o vídeo e as fotos para o WhatsApp da vidraçaria e eles seque se preocuparam em se justificar!
Lamentável!

Medium service but poor quality of the delivered product. It was the fact of delivering the product 3 weeks after the agreement.
Day 26/06 I took the map and asked to make the frame with the paspatur. The deadline was 1 week.
I returned on July 7 to remove the product (1 week after the deadline) and the product was still being finalized.
When it was delivered to my house (the same day 12, later) I noticed that I was without the paspatur. I got in touch and returned it to make the product that was ordered. When I asked about delivery deadline I was informed that they did not know because it depended on the factory (the curious thing is that I paid the VISTA glazing, inclusive). Lack of respect with the consumer who had already paid for the product!
Today (finally) I received the map in the frame but came with the paspatur taking off, faults in the cut and the glue of the map, besides the bottom of eucatex to be failing a one quina!
I sent the video and the photos to the WhatsApp of the glazing and they dried up bothering to justify themselves!
Unfortunate!
Would not recommend the services !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desorganização total. 2 meses tentando instalar um espelho simples, não cumprem prazos, não se comunicam direito com o cliente, desmarcam uma instalação 10 minutos antes. Fizeram um espelho errado, chegaram atrasados em horários marcados. Realmente não recomendo.
Total disorganization. 2 months trying to install a simple mirror, they don't meet deadlines, they don't communicate well with the customer, they cancel an installation 10 minutes before. They made a wrong mirror, arrived late for appointments. I really don't recommend it.
