★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é péssimo o local abre as 08:00 porém são entregues senhas mas quando chega sua vez a atendente informar que não poderá atender.
 The service is terrible the place opens at 08:00 but passwords are delivered but when it is your turn the attendant informs you that you will not be able to answer.

Os funcionários ficam de conversa, e na hora de atender, acham que estão prestando um favor, me poupe, e tem mais se alguém chegar por volta das 11:00, eles falam que não tem mais senha, como assim se o CRAS funciona até às 18:00 ?
Não acredito que às pessoas se desloquem dos seus lares em busca de um atendimento numa manhã de frio como hoje se não fosse realmente necessário.
E não adianta dizer que isso aconteceu só hoje, desde o início do ano que tenho vindo aqui que o atendimento é ruim.
Senhores usuário, não tenham medo de comentar, temos que recebermos um atendimento digno.
