★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, roupas não tem qualidade, você percebe ao entrar nas salas de vestido que todos são bem antigos .. provavelmente desde de 1900 e vinagrete, atendimento também é complicado, meninas não atendem bem... Já saí de lá revoltada por conta disso.. nunca mais eu volto!

Fui muito bem atendida.
Elas se desdobraram pra deixar o vestido no meu comprimento, roupas bonitas e bem arrumadas.
Volto lá com certeza !

They unfolded to leave the dress on my length, beautiful and neat clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vou me casar em abril de 2020 então sai a procura de vestido fiquei sabendo dessa loja e como moro perto da região fui lá ver os vestidos de noiva primeiro fui na loja da imirim chegue la já estava perto do fechamento mesmo assim a senhora que estava lá me atendeu cheguei a experimentar um vestido que ela me indicou que acabou de chegar e falou que como já era hora de fechar não dava pra mostra mais vestido mais falou pra mim ir na outra que fechava so 19:30 então fui com minha mãe é o meu filho na outra ai entre pediram pra esperar esperei e logo depois chegou a mesma senhora la e disse que iria me atender logo depois falou "tem muita gente pra provar muita noiva eu ainda nem fui lá na sala mais ja que vc esta compressa vc pode voltar depois se quiser " primeiro em nem um momento falei que estava com pressa , segundo como sabia que tinha muita noiva se ela nem foi na sala.fique super chatiada pq não fui bem atendida ainda faltava uma hora pra fechar e mesmo assim ela me mandou embora nunca vi se mandar cliente embora parecia que ela estava expulsando a gente
trabalho com o público e a gente sempre que da o nosso melhor para atender a todos

I'm going to get married in April 2020 so go out looking for a dress I found out about this store and as I live close to the region I went there to see the wedding dresses first I went to the Imirim store, get there, it was already close to closing, even so the lady who was there I attended I got to try on a dress that she indicated that she just arrived and said that as it was time to close it was not possible to show more dress but she told me to go to the other one that closed at 7:30 pm so I went with my mother my son in the other one there between they asked to wait I waited and soon afterwards the same lady arrived and said she would attend me right after she said "there are many people to prove a lot of bride I haven't even been there in the room anymore since you can compress this you can come back later if you want "first in no time I said I was in a hurry, second as I knew there was a lot of fiancee if she wasn't even in the room. Get super upset because I wasn't well attended yet there was still an hour to close and even then she sent me in although I never saw a client leave even though it looked like she was kicking us out
