Não dão informações pelo telefone e quando chega lá não resolve nada porque mesmo levando todos os documentos necessários e comprovante de residência, precisa de xerox de tudo, assim a pessoa é obrigada a voltar numa outra ocasião. Muita gente para ser atendida e eles param 11:30h pra almoçar e só voltaram 13:00 horas.
Horrible access place. They don't give information over the phone and when they get there it doesn't solve anything because even taking all the necessary documents and proof of residence, they need a photocopy of everything, so the person is obliged to return at another time. Many people to be served and they stop at 11:30 am for lunch and only returned at 1:00 pm.
