★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento recebido da Dr Aline. Salvou meu cachorro de um avc sofrido por complicações decorrentes de um quadro de infecção urinária, enquanto estava sob os "cuidados" de outra clínica clínica veterinária, a São Pedro.
 Excellent service received from Dr Aline. He saved my dog from a stroke suffered by complications from a urinary tract infection, while under the "care" of another veterinary clinic, São Pedro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para a clínica para perguntar o valor da consulta e fui muito mal atendida.
Ao ser informada sobre o valor,perguntei ao rapaz que me atendeu se o fato de já ser cliente e já ter levado meu cachorrinho outras vezes para consulta se poderia cobrar o mesmo valor de uma outra clínica próxima (Consulta na Pet Center - R$120,00 e na outra clínica R$100,00. Apenas R$20,00 de diferença).
Ele disse que iria perguntar ao dono, que por sua vez, não fez nenhuma questão de me atender para que eu pudesse explicar a situação pra ele.
Pediu apenas para que o funcionário me falasse que NÃO e desligou o telefone grosseiramente.
Fiquei muito desapontada pois das vezes que precisei levar meu cachorrinho na clínica a veterinária se mostrou muito amável e competente.
Mas infelizmente o dinheiro fala mais alto.
Acredito que poder ajudar a salvar a vida de um animal vale muito mais que R$20,00.
Precisam ter mais empatia com os clientes (no meu caso agora,ex-cliente).
Respondendo a mais uma resposta grosseira do proprietário da Pet Center...
Não se trata de barganha.
Se trata de uma pessoa que ama os animais pedindo ajuda de quem pensou que poderia ajudá-la.
Se tivesse sido tratada com mais educação,R$20,00 não seria motivo para deixar de levá-lo.
Me desculpe ter ligado,mas estou trabalhando e não poderia no momento sair do meu emprego para ir aí pessoalmente.
Até porque me parece que não iria adiantar nada.
A falta de RESPEITO E COMPREENSÃO da Pet Center ficou bem clara na sua resposta.
I called the clinic to ask for the consultation fee and was very poorly attended.
When I was informed about the amount, I asked the boy who attended me if the fact that I was already a client and had already taken my puppy for another consultation could I charge the same amount from another nearby clinic (Consultation at Pet Center - R $ 120, 00 and in the other clinic R $ 100.00 (only R $ 20.00 difference).

I was very disappointed because of the times that I had to take my puppy to the clinic, the vet was very kind and competent.
But unfortunately money speaks louder.
I believe that being able to help save the life of an animal is worth much more than R $ 20.00.
They need to have more empathy with customers (in my case now, ex-customer).

This is not a bargain.
It is a person who loves animals asking for help from those who thought they could help them.
If she had been treated more politely, R $ 20.00 would not be a reason to stop taking him.
I'm sorry I called, but I'm working and I couldn't leave my job at the moment to go there in person.
Even because it seems to me that it would not do anything.
Pet Center's lack of RESPECT AND UNDERSTANDING was very clear in its response.

A veterinária nem perguntou a idade da minha cachorra antes de vacinar, não examinou ela, e ainda queria dar três vacinas no mesmo dia nela, sendo que uma dessas vacinas ainda faltava um mês para dar a data da próxima dose. Achei horrível o atendimento de uma forma mercenária visando apenas o dinheiro. Não voltaria e nem recomendo.
My experience was terrible. The veterinarian didn't even ask my dog's age before vaccinating, she didn't examine her, and she still wanted to give her three vaccines on the same day, one of which was still a month away from giving the date of the next dose. I found the service in a mercenary way horrible for the money only. Would not return and do not recommend.
