Fui pessoalmente mais me pediram pra procurar a Ribeira. Também não consigo ligar pra lá. Só da ocupado. Deixei meu número mais nunca foi retornado a ligação. Estou desempregada. Tenho um filho. E meu cadastro precisa ser atualizado.
Como faço?
 I'm not able to complete the call
I went personally but they asked me to look for Ribeira. I can't call there either. Just busy. I left my number but the call was never returned. I'm unemployed. I have a son. And my registration needs to be updated.
How do I do?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pessoa está no fundo do poço, desempregada, 4 papel de luz vencidos, contas acumuladas, apenas sobrevivendo. Por orientação de conhecidos resolvo procurar ajuda no CRAS a fim de me cadastrar em programas sociais. Mas, vejam só: atendimento apenas por agendamento. Agendamento apenas às segundas-feiras e por telefone. Telefone apenas chama. Comecei a ligar às 08:00 da manhã e quando consegui que me atendessem, somente por volta das 09:00, ainda levei esporro da pessoa que me atendeu, pois ele me disse, em tom de repreensão, que da próxima vez eu ligasse mais cedo, às 08:00! EU LIGUEI DESDE ÁS 08:00 MAS NINGUÉM ATENDIA OU DAVA OCUPADO! Vcs não têm ideia de quanto esse serviço é essencial para quem passa necessidade! Vcs são minha última opção antes da ponte Newton Navarro. Se eu não conseguir o cadastro e consequentemente algum benefício, só me resta a ponte Newton Navarro
The person is at rock bottom, unemployed, 4 light papers expired, accumulated bills, just surviving. On the advice of acquaintances, I decided to seek help at CRAS in order to register for social programs. But, check this out: service by appointment only. Scheduling only on Mondays and by phone. Phone just calls. I started calling at 8:00 am and when I got to be answered, only around 9:00 am, I was even scolded by the person who answered me, because he told me, in a reproachful tone, that next time I would call more early at 8:00! I CALLED SINCE 8:00 AM BUT NO ONE WAS ANSWERED OR BUSY! You guys have no idea how essential this service is for those in need! You are my last option before the Newton Navarro bridge. If I don't get the registration and consequently some benefit, I only have the Newton Navarro bridge

Depois de mais d uma semana foi atendida por uma pessoa q foi rude e grosseria ninguém merece viu só pra me dizer q n tem como agendar nada obg por nada ...?estou atrás de algo q tenho direito n tô lhe pedindo favor n ?
The phone doesn't call it's always busy and when it calls, they don't answer it and it's bad to get the phone to ring for worse, they don't answer and I can't think of a difficulty, see??♀️... After more than a week she was answered by a person who it was rude and rude, nobody deserves it just to tell me that there's no way to schedule anything obg for nothing ... I'm after something that I'm entitled to n I'm asking you a favor n ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde a semana passada marcar um agendamento e o telefone só da ocupado. Parece que deixam fora do gancho de propósito pq não tem uma hora se quer que pelo menos chame a ligação. Preciso atualizar o cadastro indicando uma outra pessoa para ser o responsável familiar do cadastro pois não moro mais na mesma casa, já saí faz 3 meses e desde então venho tentando atendimento mas sem sucesso.
I've been making an appointment since last week and the phone is just busy. Seems like they leave it off the hook on purpose because they don't have a time if you want me to at least call the call. I need to update the registration indicating another person to be the family responsible for the registration because I no longer live in the same house, I left 3 months ago and since then I have been trying to attend but without success.

THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE AND THE APP THAT WAS TO FACILITATE OUR LIVES COMPLICATES MORE BECAUSE THERE NEVER HAS VACANCY. SINCE EARLY I'VE BEEN TRYING TO BOOK AND IT ALWAYS SAYS THERE'S NO SPOT. LIKE THIS? IF I'VE BEEN TRYING SINCE MORNING AND THE SYSTEM HAS SAYING WHAT, THE SITUATIONS WILL BE OPEN TODAY 14th. IT'S A TREMENDOUS AND HUMILIANT SITUATION LIKE THIS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar é limpo e organizado. Possui banheiro em bom estado de limpeza e água e copos descartáveis disponíveis para usuários. O atendimento- agendado- foi super rápido e sem burocracia.
O rapaz que atende na porta é bem educado , paciente e explica com clareza ( infelizmente não sei informar nome dele ,que apesar de machucado na mão , não deixou de realizar o trabalho mto bem)
Place is clean and organized. It has a bathroom in good condition and water and disposable cups available for users. The service-scheduled- was super fast and without bureaucracy.
The guy who answers the door is very polite, patient and explains clearly (unfortunately I don't know his name, despite his hand injury, he did the job very well)
