★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nos últimos meses caiu muito a qualidade. A creche tem perdido (ou demitido) bons funcionários que não aguentam ou não se identificam mais com a forma de trabalho no local, um número absurdamente excessivo de cães (as vezes era impossível achar seu cão pelas câmeras) e não cumprem com as atividades e adestramento prometidas quando são contratados, visto ser uma das creches mais caras de SP.
Reclamam de problemas comportamentais de seu cão, que os próprio monitores deviam resolver ou evitar, e como solução tentam te vender cursos, aulas extras de natação ou florais. Minha cachorrinha estava apresentando ansiedade e latindo em excesso nos últimos meses.
Fora outros problemas como voltar pra casa como unhas sangrando (nunca com explicações plausíveis) e uso de enforcador para acalmar o que eles chamam de “cães mais agitados”(sem consultar o tutor se seria permitido).
Fica um alerta para os tutores, as vezes seu cão chegar esgotado em casa não é um sinal de que ele se divertiu e brincou bastante, pode ser cansaço extremo e stress, de ter passado o dia inteiro num local super lotado, sendo hiperestimulado, monitores que não conseguem interagir e trabalhar como deveriam, e ao invés de educar, “estragam” cães que não tinham nenhum problema de comportamento.
Falo isso não só por mim, mas como relato de mais 4 pessoas que vivenciaram as mesmas situações nessa creche.
Escolham lugares que não visam somente o lucro, e sim o bem estar de seus filhos de 4 patas.
 Unfortunately in the last few months the quality has dropped a lot. The daycare center has lost (or dismissed) good employees who can not stand or identify with the way of working on the site, an absurdly excessive number of dogs (sometimes it was impossible to find your dog through the cameras) and do not comply with the activities and training promised when they are hired, as it is one of the most expensive daycare centers in SP.
They complain about their dog's behavioral problems, which the monitors themselves should solve or avoid, and as a solution they try to sell you courses, extra swimming or floral classes. My little dog had been anxious and barking excessively for the past few months.
Other problems such as returning home like bleeding nails (never with plausible explanations) and using a choke to calm down what they call "more agitated dogs" (without consulting the tutor if it would be allowed).
Keep an alert for the guardians, sometimes your dog comes home exhausted is not a sign that he had fun and played a lot, it can be extreme tiredness and stress, of having spent the whole day in a super crowded place, being over-stimulated, monitors who are unable to interact and work as they should, and instead of educating, “spoil” dogs that had no behavior problems.
I speak this not only for myself, but as a report of 4 more people who experienced the same situations in this daycare center.
Choose places that are not just for profit, but for the well-being of your 4-legged children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei o espaço e eles fazem distinção de raças, fui muito bem tratada até dizer qual era a raça do meu cão que por sinal é extremamente dócil e socialvel, me disseram não, sem nem conhecer meus cães. Aceitam todo tipo de cachorros e tamanhos mas recusam pitbull por puro julgamento e preconceito com a raça. Atendimento arcaico, postura desprezível.
Se não aceitam algumas raças por pré julgamento só me faz ter certeza que não estão preparados para lidar com cães de nenhuma raça!
I looked for the space and they distinguish between breeds, I was very well treated until I said what was my dog's breed, which by the way is extremely docile and social, they told me no, without even knowing my dogs. They accept all types of dogs and sizes but refuse pit bulls out of pure judgment and prejudice with the breed. Archaic service, despicable posture.
If they don't accept some breeds by pre-judgment it just makes me sure they're not prepared to deal with dogs of any breed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para verificação de valores, mas a pessoa lá foi muito reativa. Começou a perguntar coisas sem muito tato e não demonstrou interesse em aceitar os cães. Como parecia que eu estava gerando incômodo resolvi abortar a coisa toda. E eu ia fechar plano com natação para dois cães inclusive.
I got in touch to verify values, but the person there was very reactive. He began to ask questions tactlessly and showed no interest in accepting the dogs. As it seemed that I was causing discomfort I decided to abort the whole thing. And I was going to close the plan with swimming for two dogs included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificuldades em trabalhar com dogs de grande porte, sensação de não serem bem vindos e vistos, o trabalho de educação e comportamento é péssimo, se o cachorro for filhote e grande eles soltam com os adultos, o filhote é mordido e dizem ser normal, descaso e decepção.
Experiência péssima.
Não é ambiente para raças Bull
Difficulties in working with large dogs, feeling of not being welcomed and seen, the work of education and behavior is terrible, if the dog is a puppy and big they release it with adults, the puppy is bitten and they say it's normal, neglect and disappointment.
Bad experience.

Confesso que me surpreendi positivamente com o trabalho deles.
Todos a acolheram super bem e fizeram um trabalho incrível.
Eu como pai de primeira viagem acompanho todos os dias ela na camera e consigo ver mudanças drasticas de comportamento.
Agora ela esta bem mais sociavel, brinca bastante. Ela ficava babando o dia inteiro e isso melhorou 100%.
Com certeza indico e vale a pena!
I have left my 4 legged daughter on the dog adventure who was having anxiety and emotional dependency problems.
I confess that I was pleasantly surprised by their work.
Everyone welcomed her super well and did an amazing job.
As a first-time father, I follow her on camera every day and I can see drastic changes in her behavior.
Now she is much more sociable, plays a lot. She was drooling all day and it got 100% better.
I definitely recommend and it's worth it!
