★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, abordam as pessoas na Praia Grande dizendo que estão comprando seu tempo que vai bonificar você com voucher na Praia Grande inteira e quando você não compra o produto deles fazem cara feia pra dar o voucher !! Ué vocês não estão comprando nosso tempo do mesmo jeito que vocês nos abordam e explicam ?? Você pode não vender mas a impressão é a que fica ! Cenário puro do mesmo jeito que a Disney de fachada ?
Terrible, they approach people in Praia Grande saying that they are buying their time that will reward you with a voucher for the entire Praia Grande and when you don't buy their product they make an ugly face to give you the voucher !! Hey, aren't you buying our time the same way you approach us and explain? You may not sell but the impression is what stays! Pure scenery just like the Disney facade ?

Comprei o apartamento na planta, confiando que seria entregue conforme as fotos, porém tem sido o MAIOR ARREPENDIMENTO DA MINHA VIDA.
Abaixo alguns dos problemas:
- Atraso na entrega;
- Pisos com rachaduras e com alagamentos em algumas áreas;
- Portão e elevadores de péssima qualidade;
- Portas das áreas comuns que abrem pra fora, impossibilitando um cadeirante de abrir;
- Muros baixíssimos, com acabamento horrível
Dentre muitas outras coisas.
TUDO HORRÌVEL! Uma grande decepção! Sugiro que os CEO´s reavaliem a sua equipe de funcionários e a falta de qualidade, pois é o nome da CREDLAR em jogo.
DO NOT BUY APARTMENT WITH THIS DEVELOPER!
I bought the apartment on the floor, trusting that it would be delivered according to the photos, but it has been the BIGGEST REPENTANCE OF MY LIFE.
Below are some of the problems:
- Delivery delay;
- Floors with cracks and flooding in some areas;
- Poor quality gate and elevators;
- Doors of common areas that open to the outside, making it impossible for a wheelchair user to open;
- Very low walls, with horrible finish
Among many other things.
ALL HORRIBLE! A big disappointment! I suggest that the CEO's reassess their staff and the lack of quality, as it is the name of CREDLAR at stake.
