★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco que tira proveito de idosos que não tem conhecimento. Hoje vi um idoso que foi receber seu primeiro benefício, a atendente já empurrou pra ele um empréstimo de 1.400 reais... Pra ele pagar em 12 vezes de 350.. que dá no total de 4 mil e 200 reais.. ou seja.. 3 mil conto só de Juros pra esse banco!!!!! ISSO É ERRADO!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade, deixa os clientes de qualquer idade no meio da rua enfrentando fila no sol quente, chuva sem se importar. Reclamei e recebi uma resposta do atendente " a culpa é do INSS que manda muita gente pra cá" .
Baixei o aplicativo para não precisar ir todos os meses lá e agora o aplicativo não funciona para tranferir.
Poor quality service, leaves customers of any age in the middle of the street facing queues in the hot sun, rain without caring. I complained and received an answer from the attendant "it's the INSS's fault that sends a lot of people here".
I downloaded the app so I don't have to go there every month and now the app doesn't work to transfer.
