★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dois aspectos. Primeiro, diz respeito ao atendimento... Péssimo. A proprietária não é educada. Eu perguntei qual era o critério da avaliação de troca, se era somente a qualidade da roupa ou a marca. Ela respodeu: - Se não gostou da avaliação não precisa trocar. Foi de uma tremenda grosseria. Não estabelece uma comunicação para fidelizar o cliente. A atitude dela, demonstrou pouco interesse pela nossa presença.
Quando a minha esposa perguntou aonde estava a numeração de tamanho 12, a proprietária explicou de maneira grosseira, cuja comunicação não verbal, através das afeições do rosto, só faltou dizer que a minha esposa era burra por não achar, como se essa fosse a nossa obrigação. Por que ela não ajudou a procurar? Talvez por que o interesse não fosse vender e sim ofender o cliente.
Quando a minha esposa bateu na porta da loja, uma compradora foi abrir, e ela disse: Deixa que o esposo dela abre. Até onde eu sei, quem abre a porta são os funcionários da loja, eu não sou funcionário dela pra receber ordens.
Em segundo lugar, o critério de troca é péssimo. Eu deixei inúmeras roupas de marca, como: Levis, Wrangler e etc. Só deu pra trocar por uma calça jeans de marca duvidosa e uma bermuda com tecido sintético. É mais ou menos assim. Vocé deixa 1000,00 em roupa e sai com 100,00 e ainda é mal tratado.
Em pleno século XXI, esse tipo de comportamento é inaceitável.
Se você não quer ser mal tratado e nem extorquido, não se dirija a essa loja.
Procure uma loja que gosta do cliente e que seja justa.

When my wife asked where the size 12 number was, the owner explained in a rude way, whose non-verbal communication, through the affections of the face, all that was left to say was that my wife was stupid for not finding it, as if this were ours obligation. Why didn’t she help looking? Perhaps because the interest was not to sell but to offend the customer.
When my wife knocked on the store door, a shopper went to open it, and she said: Let her husband open it. As far as I know, the employees of the store are the ones who open the door, I am not her employee to take orders.
Second, the exchange criterion is terrible. I left countless designer clothes, such as: Levis, Wrangler and etc. It was only possible to exchange for jeans of dubious brand and shorts with synthetic fabric. It's like that. You leave 1000.00 in clothes and leave with 100.00 and it is still badly treated.
In the 21st century, this type of behavior is unacceptable.
If you don't want to be treated badly or extorted, don't go to that store.
Look for a store that likes the customer and that is fair.

A própria proprietária é totalmente sem educação com os clientes, tanto por telefone ou pessoalmente. Uma loja infantil que deve mostrar atenção e carinho ela trata às pessoas mal!
Observem que tem muitas pessoas que diz a mesma coisa sobre ela e infelizmente tem essa loja em Ribeirão preto mas,com esse tratamento que ela tem pelas pessoas a hora que ela perceber que é por culpa dela mesmo que às pessoas reclamam e ela ter que fechar por falta de procura às vezes ela reflete que ela precisa urgente melhorar sua educação com o próximo.
Don't go to this children's thrift store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor atendimento de brechó infantil de Ribeirão. A Lu faz questão de fazer você se sentir bem dentro da loja! Ela te apresenta a loja todinha indicando onde estão todas as numerações! Não fica em cima de você, te medindo de cima embaixo, como nos outros brechós! A gente fica muito a vontade! E a avaliação é justa, por isso ela ta a tanto tempo no mesmo endereço! Sem falar que as roupas são sempre bem selecionadas e tudo muito organizado! Sou super fã da loja e da Lu!
Best children's thrift store in Ribeirão. Lu makes a point of making you feel good inside the store! She introduces you to the whole store indicating where all the numbers are! It doesn't stay on top of you, measuring you from top to bottom, like in other thrift stores! We are very comfortable! And the evaluation is fair, that's why she's been at the same address for so long! Not to mention that the clothes are always well selected and everything is very organized! I'm a big fan of the store and Lu!
