★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Lugar é legal, mas vc precisa fazer as contas antes de passar no Caixa, pois de tres vezes que estive lá...passaram items a mais na Minha compra....paguei Duas vezes o msm produto. Claro q qdo falei...estornaram, mas é super chato isso.
 The place is nice, but you need to do the math before going to the cashier, because three times I was there...there were too many items in my purchase....I paid twice for the same product. Of course when I said... they refunded it, but it's super annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem muita coisa boa e com preços bons. Apenas acho que pagam muito pouco pelas peças que você leva para vender. Mas entendo a questão do negócio, eles pagam pouco e assim conseguem vender barato. No fim acaba valendo a pena para quem não tem outra alternativa além de se desfazer das peças que não usa mais.
There's a lot of good stuff and good prices. I just think they pay very little for the pieces you take to sell. But I understand the business issue, they pay little and so they can sell cheap. In the end it ends up being worth it for those who have no alternative but to get rid of the pieces they no longer use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bem arrumada e organizada. Porém os ventiladores que ficam nas paredes da Loja estão muito sujos. Isso acaba passando uma impressão negativa sobre a limpeza do local (onde frequentam bebês e crianças também). Atendimento nota 10 do pessoal.
Store well organized and tidy. However, the fans that are on the walls of the Shop are very dirty. This ends up giving a negative impression about the cleanliness of the place (where babies and children go too). Service note 10 from the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1° vez que fui,fui bem atendida e me esclareceram minhas dúvidas.Fui ontem pela 2° vez,todos os atendentes estavam mexendo no celular, não atenderam eu nem minha amiga,estávamos com bebês de colo e não conseguimos realizar nenhuma compra pois tínhamos que ficar de olho nas nossas crianças,e como os atendentes não estavam nem aí então ficamos perdidas pois não sabíamos onde estavam cada coisa em seu lugar,quando finalmente eu fui atrás de um atendente pra me orientar sobre carrinho foi bem deselegante comigo não fez muita questão de me orientar sobre valores e modelos,enfim nota 0,precisam ver quem contrata para atender pois os mesmo deixam os clientes constrangidos e sem ação pra nada pois eles não fazem questão de fazer 1 bom atendimento !
obs: a única que foi bem legal e me ajudou até mesmo com a minha filhinha de 11 meses foi a moça do caixa o resto nem pra minha cara olharam! Não voltarei mais nessa loja de São Caetano!
ah detalhe,se o intuito da loja é revender peças usadas esta longe de ser isso pois a maioria das peças são novas preço de loja,poucas coisas são usada e quando é usada o valor é um absurdo de caro compensa mais ir numa loja mesmo,estão longe do foco de ser REVENDEDOR DE ROUPAS USADAS!
1st time I went, I was well attended and my doubts were answered. I went yesterday for the 2nd time, all the attendants were using their cell phones, my friend and I did not answer, we had babies in arms and we were unable to make any purchases because we had to keep an eye on our children, and as the attendants didn't care so we were lost because we didn't know where everything was in its place, when I finally went after an attendant to guide me about the stroller, it was very inelegant with me, it didn't do much question of guiding me on values and models, finally grade 0, need to see who hires to serve because they leave customers embarrassed and without action for anything because they do not insist on providing a good service!
obs: the only one who was really cool and even helped me with my 11-month-old daughter was the cashier, the rest didn't even look at me! I will not return to this store in São Caetano!
ah detail, if the store's intention is to resell used parts, this is far from being that because most parts are new at store prices, few things are used and when it's used the value is absurd, it's worth more going to a store, are far from the focus of being a USED CLOTHING DEALER!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei algumas roupas seminovas na loja d, eles escolheram apenas as peças da carter's, 02 (dois) macacões que comprei no mesmo brechó e meu bebê usou 2 vezes, paguei R$45,00 cada um. Eles queriam pagar 30,00 em 2 conjuntos de inverno (seminovos) + 2 macacões+ 1 sapatinho novo. Levei 140 tiras de fraldas e eles queriam pagar R$50,00. Nunca mais piso o pé nesse brechó, nem para vender e nem para comprar. Absurdo querer ganhar dinheiro explorando as pessoas. NÃO RECOMENDO
I took some new clothes to store d, they chose only the pieces from Carter's, 02 (two) jumpsuits that I bought at the same thrift store and my baby wore it twice, I paid R$45.00 each. They wanted to pay 30.00 for 2 winter sets (new ones) + 2 jumpsuits + 1 new shoe. I took 140 strips of diapers and they wanted to pay R$50.00. I never set foot in this thrift store again, neither to sell nor to buy. Absurd to want to make money by exploiting people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom apenas para comprar. Para vender, vc perde seu tempo. Levei 6 sacolas grandes lotadas com muita roupa praticamente nova (tinha peças nunca usadas de inverno que não pegaram) e ficaram com apenas 6 peças. Tive o maior trabalho para separar, levar, carregar esse peso todo, fiquei esperando a avaliação somente para 40 reais de crédito. Nunca mais levo nada. Não dá pra entender qual é o critério de escolha, só sei que não vale a pena.
Good just to buy. To sell, you waste your time. I took 6 large bags filled with a lot of practically new clothes (there were never used winter pieces that didn't catch) and they were left with only 6 pieces. I had the greatest effort to separate, carry, carry all this weight, I was waiting for the assessment only for 40 reais of credit. I never take anything again. I can't understand what the criterion of choice is, I just know it's not worth it.
