★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Foi agendada consulta para a minha mãe no dia 08 de Março de 2022 pra as 09:30, solicitado que chegasse com meia hora de antecedência, o que foi feito. São 11:39 e não houve o atendimento ainda. A portaria número 1.820 de 13 de Agosto de 2009 do Ministério da Saúde diz: Art. 1º Dispor sobre os direitos e deveres dos usuários da saúde nos termos da legislação vigente. … Parágrafo único. É direito da pessoa ter atendimento adequado, com qualidade, no tempo certo e com garantia de continuidade do tratamento, para isso deve ser assegurado:
I - atendimento ágil, com tecnologia apropriada, por equipe multiprofissional capacitada e com condições adequadas de atendimento;
Parágrafo único. É direito da pessoa, na rede de serviços de saúde, ter atendimento humanizado, acolhedor…
O que essa empresa nesse data com certeza não tem. É inaceitável este tipo de comportamento e falta de consideração. Tenho compromisso em São Paulo e correndo o risco de perder negócios pela incompetência desse local.
Editado: ela foi atendida somente 12:22 quase 03 horas após o horário marcado. A recepcionista e os médicos ofereceram um tratamento adequado e humanizado. O problema mesmo foi o atraso surreal.

Edited: she was answered only at 12:22 almost 03 hours after the appointment. The receptionist and doctors offered adequate and humane treatment. The real problem was the surreal delay.
