Falta de organização, respeito e empresa medíocre sem ética e transparência...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei um imóvel para alugar em plena pandemia ficha aprovada Porto Seguro e deixei de fazer o negócio porque as atendentes via WhatsApp disseram que a ficha que eu preenchi 4 vezes estava incompleta no campo de referência pessoais não tinha o nome completo da pessoa e nem o e-mail passei via WhatsApp porque não salvava não alterava ou alterava e chegava lá igual mesmo preenchendo nova ficha e eles disseram que não podia fazer negócio por isso ? coitado do dono do imóvel que perdeu por causa de uma ficha que não tinha um e-mail e o nome completo da referência ?isso é nosso Brasil ?? e sinto pelo dono da imobiliária que não tem noção dos seus funcionários que não devem estar a fim de trabalhar

I found a property to rent in the middle of a pandemic Porto Seguro approved form and I stopped doing the deal because the attendants via WhatsApp said that the form I filled out 4 times was incomplete in the personal reference field, did not have the person's full name and neither the e -mail I passed via WhatsApp because I didn't save it, I didn't change it or I got there even if I filled out a new form and they said that I couldn't do business because of that ? poor owner of the property who lost it because of a form that didn't have an email and the full name of the reference ?this is our Brazil ?? and I feel for the owner of the real estate company who has no idea of his employees who should not be in the mood to work

A Imobiliária CRF disse que as condições eram: Fiador ou Seg. Fiança, mas a profissional que me atendeu usa o discurso, que NENHUMA IMOBILIARIA USA, de aceitar apenas fiador com 2 imóveis registrados. Dando apenas a opção do Seguro Fiança ALTISSIMO!!! Quatro vezes maior que o aluguel!!! Flexibilidade ZERO

Imobiliária CRF said the conditions were: Guarantor or Sec. Guarantee, but the professional who answered me uses the speech, that NO REAL ESTATE USA, to accept only guarantor with 2 registered properties. Just giving the ALTISSIMO Guarantee Insurance option !!! Four times the rent !!! ZERO flexibility

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super falta de respeito. Confirmei uma visita e fiquei 30min aguardando. Minha expectativa era alta, tentei entrar em contato por diversos canais e nada. Estou frustrada e podiam ter, no mínimo, avisado que a visita estava cancelada.
Super disrespectful. I confirmed a visit and waited 30 minutes. My expectations were high, I tried to get in touch through several channels and nothing. I'm frustrated and they could have at least warned me that the visit was cancelled.

Terrible. Worst realtor I've ever had a relationship with, I felt mistreated in the property inspection. Worst professionals I'm going through an abusive inspection in addition to lack of respect for the customer.
